We have been here before and found it very kid friendly. This time a little disappointed because they seemed to nickle and dime you on everything which was free last time. The amusement park for a 2 year. Made us buy tickets for both my son and his 2 year old. The train in front of the playground they told us we had to purchase a ticket. Our shower initially had no hot water and the shower head did not work. I notified them on checkout but didn't seem to care.

The hotel is great, the facilities are spectacular, the service is outstanding, the thermal pools are a hit, there are many activities for children, the breakfast is very complete and the staff are very friendly and helpful, without a doubt, I would return.

The place itself is good, the food was reasonable, some dishes are good and tasty, and some are less so, the professional staff seemed to be working without enthusiasm while we were there, and that was what I missed in return for the price and for a family hotel

Our stay at Las Camelias was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful, very organized, and perfect for families with small children. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and well maintained. A special thank you to Mauricio, the waiter by the poolside, who was amazing and made our experience even better with his kindness and great service. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Clean, well organised and ideal if you attend with young children. 4 stars instead of 5 as we got no hot water (just tepid water) the first morning (the hot water came back by lunchtime). Nathy who is the only staff member to speak English at the restaurant was very helpful and made our stay a lot more enjoyable by explaining the dinong options (buffet vs other options). Lots of loud DJ music during the day and until 10pm when we attended (wedding) but very quiet afterwards. Staff at the reception were nice and helpful too. Luggage collextion was very quick.
