What a magnificently situated property overlooking undulating hills and vineyards. We stayed gor 10 days in Montepulciano which is central to much of Tusany. The property has only three rooms so privacy and quiet is ensured. The property has beautiful gardens and olive trees and having breakfast on the patio overlooking all of the splendor is incredible. Of course, Francesco and Oksana are the sweetest and perfect hosts. Looking forward to my next Tuscany trip.

Beautiful property
We really did enjoy our stay here. It’s an absolutely beautiful property. The only problem is that if you’re there in a cold season, be sure you crank up the heater in the room as quickly as possible because it takes a while for the room to get warm. Very friendly host And a very nice breakfast.

A gorgeous place! The room was very comfortable and guests could use the facilities in the breakfast room, which we did most evenings. The view was stunning and the thunder storm one night very exciting. We stayed there for five nights and it was one of the more expensive places we stayed in, but this seems to be common for the Agritourism . Sadly the pool had been closed up the day before our arrival, but I still enjoyed lying on the loungers looking at the views. We had day trips to Cortona (very busy!), Passignano on Lago Trasimeno which was lovely, Pienza and Montalcino. Obviously we visited Montepulciano too. Although the B&B wasn't very far from the town, it was a busy road to walk on, so we drove and parked up at one of the free car parks. There was also a good supermarket near the car parks.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the rooms as well as all around the property is amazing.
The staff were all very nice and welcoming and always eager to help and make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
I would and plan on staying here again.

What a lovely property. The hosts are very friendly, the views are stunning, and my partner and I agreed that this was the best bed, pillows and shower of our trip. It’s an easy drive to parking for Montepulciano. Highly recommend!
