This is a pretty good motel with lovely surroundings and a great location. There's a gas station right nearby, and it's very convenient for visiting 17 Mile Drive and Carmel. We were even allowed to check in early at 11 AM, which was a huge plus. Our room came with a fridge and a microwave. Just a heads-up: don't inspect the bedsheets too closely, and you'll find nothing else to complain about! Haha.

The smalls towels were dirty. The tv is not smart but everything else was perfect.

Padre Oaks is a cozy, budget-friendly spot with a great location — just a short drive to Cannery Row and other Monterey highlights. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and parking was easy. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need for a relaxing stop on a road trip. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

A no-frills motel. The room was a tad small, and the sink had a crack. However, it offered good value for money, so it was acceptable overall.

It's basically a motel that's had a bit of a refresh. It's clean and safe, though, and being very close to the Monterey Shopping Center makes it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around.

Perfect place to stay!

This was my first time staying at a motel. The facilities were similar to those of budget hotels in China—clean and new. It had its own small yard, and parking was relatively safe. The only downside was that when I arrived at night, there was no one at the front desk; I had to press the disabled access bell to get someone to check me in. There's a commercial area across the street with supermarkets and restaurants, making dining convenient. The 17 Mile Golf Resort in town (which charges an entrance fee) has beautiful scenery and is well worth a visit.

It was quite clean, not too big, just average. The blankets weren't very comfortable; there was a sheet, a blanket, and a curtain. Parking was very convenient.

It's not bad. It's a small two-story hotel in a courtyard. Flower baskets hang in the outer corridor, which looks quite nice. Parking is convenient in front of the rooms. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom is a bit small. The bed seems to be made of stainless steel; it makes a noise when you turn over. Overall, it's okay. There's a commercial area nearby, so dining is very convenient.
