"I've stayed here several times now. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are all very nice. The lobby has now been converted into a self-service breakfast area. The parking lot is also very secure; you get a card to swipe for entry, which is very safe."

"Our stay here was not that good. We got room that was connected to the room next door. Walls were thin, so we can practically hear everything. When doors close in this hotel, you can hear it. Staff were excellent to accommodate to our request to change rooms as it was impossible to sleep there. The next room was fine, still a little noisy but bearable. Hot water didnt work in the second room, staff provided another room key to use the shower. We slept at the other room on our second night as there was a cockroach on the bed of our room. Overall, experience was meh but staff were excellent."

"The Courtyard in Monterey Park is relatively new and so everything looks really nice and modern. The lobby is grand and beautiful; really blew me away. It's clean, it's big, and overall a very impressive hotel. There's a good size pool and a fitness center with good types and numbers of machines. It even has a filtered water fountain which is nice. The room is spacious, bathroom was too, and the toilet has a bidet with heated seat and water. The TV was large and the bed was super comfy. Unfortunately, our room had no microwave which we really needed. Also the shower head was absolutely terrible. There was barely any water coming out of it and what did come out sprayed in all directions so washing up was very difficult. The free wifi is also so slow it's like non existent, could barely even load an email. You also have to pay for parking which I think is absurd. Overall I still liked my stay here. Super convenient to Atlantic Time Square where Hong Kong Cafe is open until 2am for late night munchies. There's also a Ralph's too which is nice. Would recommend overall."

"Place is clean, and nice. Breakfast is good with standard menu. Coffee and tea serve to the guest all day long. Room is provided with microwave. We experienced the power breakdown on 12-Mar-2023 in the morning around 10 am, and the power is out until 11 pm, and staff are not prepared to handle this kind of situation, no hot water, not sufficient lighting in the stairway. Management should do better like giving voucher or discount or some kind of gift to the guest for the inconvenience caused. Anyway I have a good stay and hope the hotel can do better in the future."

"The crowd who stayed in was a bit mixed. I often heard someone quarreling. In the middle of the night, someone would knock on the door. The courier received would not be sent to the door."
