The Grand Hotel was very comfortable and a nice reminder of what hotels used to be like. It is very conveniently located to the train station and Old Town. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast quite satisfying. Staff were friendly and helpful, taking care of a faulty door lock quite promptly.

Around 15 min walk. Space room (luxury) with shower. Great TV with hdmi port. 2 chairs, big dressing, big bed. Cool breakfast. Spacious lift. The room was very clean and the night was very light-shown, as well as the air conditioning.

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant atmosphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappointment. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.

Really good and superb stay, check in by Ms. Chiamaka wash superb with really good professional attention. Best place to be in Malta, very very fantastic young atmosphere in superb surroundings. Very unusual lobby but really comfortable and activ for all clients, nice bar and superb restaurant. Very good area all around with night activity and less of 50 meters from the sea. Several types of Restaurant including the very famous Hugo Burger ( Hugo fast food local Malta Chains ) Cinema, Bowling and Night Clubs, bar’s and Restaurants all around as well really nice shopping centers

Hotel is very modern, with high end bathroom fixtures, comfortable bedding, and a vast assortment of savory and sweet breakfast items. The hotel makes a great base for exploring the area since it is located very near the highways and major roads. The walk into the center of Lecce was a bit longer than I thought. The hotel staff clarified that it’s 15-20 minutes to Porta Napoli (entrance to the city walls), but it could be as long as 30 minutes to get where you want to go in the city center.

A stunning hotel. Some rooms have a lovely view of Santa Croce. Extremely well located. Lovely staff. Santa Croce suite divine. Breakfast was superb. Great valet parking. Lovely bed. A lovely hotel that we would go back to. Not cheap but this is luxury - all the hotel meets luxury standards. Not cheap but very much worth it. We really enjoyed our stay. Cannot fault it really.

Stayed 4 nights at the Pollicastro. Neat small hotel, that was an old palazzo that dates back to the 1500’s. My room was spacious, the shower was great (this is a real differentiator for me when I travel in Europe), and the people working there were all very friendly and helpful. The location is great, inside the walls of the old city, an easy walk to all the attractions. Would highly recommend!
