I'm sure that each of us has his own scale of factors to evaluate whether a place is beautiful or ugly but that the added value is the people. In this clean, nice and very comfortable hotel, near the Roma Termini station, it is precisely the people who make a small hotel a point of reference for our trips to Rome. Paola from the reception was, and is, the person who followed us during the booking process and who went out of her way to help us project our photographs on a wall, in a small room set up just for us, a small group of photographers arrived in town for a two day photography course. We found very friendly staff with a very capable receptionist who found smart solutions and also a large four-room comfortable and clean with 2 bathrooms. The hotel could only be better presented with a refreshment at the hall, indoors and outside parts that usually hurt the years. The windows are called for cleaning out of the outside to make it transparent, and the bathrooms are called for the right pension. The hotel is located on a trafficked road, but it leads to the metro to the centre of Rome. I think the hotel Tivoli in summer can enjoy the pool and garden of the connected 4 stars Duca D'Este. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the city is located in the heart of the city.

We booked accommodation for 2 days, we arrived at 03:00 for our night, they received us
The air conditioner in the room was not working properly but we were very tired and went to sleep anyway
The next morning we asked you to check the air conditioner but at noon they didn't fix it, we asked to change rooms and they changed us the second room was very good

I only had a short stay here but I enjoyed my time. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a quirky place, easy to navigate round and I found it useful to be able to use the lockers before and after my check in/out. I found the price to be more than reasonable and would definitely recommend.

I had 2 negative experiences in this hotel, one of which was very unpleasant. First, the hotel could no longer find my reservation, but that was resolved very quickly. Then on the evening of the fourth day of my stay, I found an envelope on my bed with a 50 euro fine in it. At the reception, I was explained coldly that it is because it is forbidden to smoke in the room. The cleaning lady would have smelled the cigarette while cleaning the room. The problem is that I'm a non-smoker and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes either. It was particularly unpleasant having to convince the receptionist that I don't smoke. Finally, she withdrew the fine. I came 5 times in this hotel, and to be fair, I must say that the rest is perfect. The staff are professional (except for the fine!), smiling and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to have dinner at the hotel.

Questo albergo ha ospitato i miei parenti nel giorno più importante della mia vita: il mio matrimonio. Sono stato veramente fortunato a trovarlo e a decidere di commissionare a loro questo importante incarico. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo occupato circa una quarantina di stanze, devo dire che tutti sono rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Durante la pianificazione del soggiorno io ho trovato un personale eccezionale: hanno assecondato i nostri bisogni in tutto e per tutto, anche per le modifiche effettuate all’ultimo minuto!! Il personale dell’albergo è preparato, professionale, gentile e puntuale… un applauso a Claudia che mi ha seguito per tutta la pianificazione del soggiorno!!! la location è molto bella, la posizione strategica, e anche con il cibo ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tre giorni molto belli per tutti, nessuno è rimasto insoddisfatto, per un gruppo così numeroso mi sono stati fatti dei prezzi molto competitivi e il rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso. Se ci ritroveremo in zona senz’altro ripasseremo di lì. Complimenti!!!

Only two stars but spotlessly clean. Lovely room and super shower room. Bed was firm but comfortable. Fridge in the room. Coffee machine and snack machine near reception. No lift. Room only. Area is a bit run down. Lovely park 100 metres away with pavement cafe/bar doing basic snacks. Would go there again

The hotel is the typical place for business people or anyway travellers. Excellent location near the motorway box. Clean enough. Free private parking. Personal at the reception very nice and absolutely available. The positive notes end here. In the room, a superior who looked very standard, there is no room to open the bag or support the bags, except a chair or table. There is no penthouse or floor in the bathroom where you can support the beauty houses. The plastic glass can not be seen. Breakfast offered in a room on the ground floor, not air-conditioned with open doors that were giving on a service rampa. There are very few choices probably because the hotel hosted many Eastern people who, in addition to making a lot of stick and creating disturbances already at 6 a.m., had probably exhausted most of their offers. There was a partly cut bague, a few pieces of pan bag, normal or complete, and zero bricks . We asked for a milk crumb and a coffle and we put on the bank(!) two identical cappuccinos. Not even served at the table!! Air conditioning in and in common spaces only extinguishes and lights after our request, with 36 degrees outside. I think it's a lot to be reconsidered and, honestly, the four stars seem to me underwater.
