Everything was very good, except that they gave us the room after 3 because the rooms were not ready

Terrible service. We booked in advance to avoid setbacks and that was not the case. We arrived at 3:10 p.m. and there were no rooms available. The reservation said Check-in! 5:00 and they gave us a room until 5:15 p.m. We asked them to extend the delivery time for the room and they only limited themselves to pointing out that the reservation said Check-out 12:00 p.m. Very bad administration.

It's very good, except that there were no bath towels in our room and we had to go to reception to get them, other than that, everything was very good

攜程標註的自助早餐是不存在的，就是一盤炒雞蛋加飲料，而且要點餐才有（如圖收據）。整個用餐過程中，服務員會不停的詢問你的房間是否包含早餐，並要求提供證據！！！！！

房間衞生，酒店位置都不錯，比較難受的是電梯，一部電梯壞了半個月沒修好，就只有一部電梯可用。
