Great hotel with clean room. No need to complain

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

Beautiful hotel, very clean. It looks newly renovated. Really enjoyed our stay and will do so again! I did ask for tooth brushes, but it didn't come with tooth paste! Other than that, all wonderful!

This is international hotel, the service staffs of front desk can speak English and very friendly. In the room,there's room service on24, even you are hungry very late. Very good.

There is no service in this hotel, brand new facility, need more training of their staff.

This hotel has an excellent location and the facilities are perfect. The best thing is that the gym is open for 24 hours.

The room was not complete clean they were stains in some of the surfaces and the lamps were not clean. The service at the restaurant is very poor as I waited at the hostess table around 10 min and no one came over so I felt it was very lack of service but the food overall is good. The facilities are okay but the SPA is still closed. I had a great experience as it closed to the areas I needed to be and the front desk was very helpful. The comfort of the bed and pillows are great! Excellent views of the cerro and the amenities in the room are just great smell so good.
