Beautiful hotel, very clean. It looks newly renovated. Really enjoyed our stay and will do so again! I did ask for tooth brushes, but it didn't come with tooth paste! Other than that, all wonderful!

Very good location and room, it is a new hotel, very clean and modern design, it is worth to come back.

This is international hotel, the service staffs of front desk can speak English and very friendly. In the room,there's room service on24, even you are hungry very late. Very good.

Nice staff, they are happy to help everywhere from the taxi to the room.

There is no service in this hotel, brand new facility, need more training of their staff.

Great place to stay

This hotel has an excellent location and the facilities are perfect. The best thing is that the gym is open for 24 hours.

The room was not complete clean they were stains in some of the surfaces and the lamps were not clean. The service at the restaurant is very poor as I waited at the hostess table around 10 min and no one came over so I felt it was very lack of service but the food overall is good. The facilities are okay but the SPA is still closed. I had a great experience as it closed to the areas I needed to be and the front desk was very helpful. The comfort of the bed and pillows are great! Excellent views of the cerro and the amenities in the room are just great smell so good.

Very beautiful hotel that still smells new. The small lobby kind of threw me off, at first I thought I was at a residency but luckily there was a staff member waiting for me to check in. Room was amazing, very large. Sadly I was on the back so the view was not that great, had booked a King size bed room but got a double bed room at first. They managed to fix it for me right away. There were still some constructions going on but it didn´t really bother me. Everything was just super clean and looked great. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at, staff was very friendly and helped my girlfriend out with the valet service and walked up to the road for me to open the taxi´ doors too. One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Perfect for a business trip/meeting at the bar or for a couple looking for a luxury place. I didn´t have the breakfast included nor did I have dinner at the restaurant but I´m sure this was arranged fine by the looks of everything else. They were renovating the restaurant the last two days of my stay so I´m sure it must look very nice by now. Views from the terraces are very nice too. There is one on the right side that was kind of hidden, perfect view on the Cerro de la Silla. 9.5/10 would definitely book again. Kind regards, Davey

Great hotel to stay in, would recommend!

pretty good except the air condition

The hotel is not far from the city center. It is a new hotel with a light luxury style. I have stayed here before. The service is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. There is a convenience store behind the hotel. It is no problem to buy some daily snacks and bread. I will consider staying here next time.

The hotel rooms are big and new. There is a gym and swimming pool. The only drawback is that it is too new and the floor still has a slight smell. The breakfast is also great, from 6:00 to 12:00. It is very close to the Monterrey Plaza, the Civic Center and the pedestrian street. There are police and police cars along the way, which is quite safe.
