"The accommodation was very convenient as it was right in front of the bus stop and less than 100 meters from a large department store, but the downside was that the facilities were old, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and most of all, the heater didn't work well even though it was midwinter. If you go for the cheap price, you won't regret it."

For some reason, the water in the indoor pool was around 40 degrees Celsius. You can't cool off in it, even though there's a sauna right there and after using it, you'd want to dip into a cooler pool."

"It was absolutely great experience 10/10. I love when hotels pay attention on small things. We travel a lot and it’s hard to find good pillows , these are great , bed giant and very comfortable, even toilet paper quality is great . Cleaning girl was were nice and professional, she was very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place ."

"This hotel located in a very convenient location for tourists, right on the Plaza Independencia in the city center, walking distance to all the sightseeing sites, facilities are quite good, breakfast was above average, however if you want to go out for dinner after hour, there're very few dining options around, most restaurants closed before 8pm, even though Montevideo is generally safe, that area behind the hotel was dark and gave eerie feeling."

Also we asked them to book a restaurant for us on Christmas Eve which they confirmed and when we arrived..no booking. Disorganized and unprofessional. Shame as it’s a cool place."
