"Taking advantage of our son's sports training in Montluçon, we were looking for apartment/city style accommodation for our 2-night stay. The first contact was disappointing because I am still waiting for a price proposal and an answer to my question about a very late arrival following an email sent to reception, which was supposed to be forwarded to the "sales staff". Aside from that, everything was perfect! The night shift worker who gave us the keys despite the very late hour was very friendly. All the staff are very charming, very helpful, and answer all our questions (even about good places to eat). The T2 apartment offered is very, very well appointed and extremely clean (even the tops of the sockets and switches are dusted), the beds are comfortable, and there are sufficient kitchen utensils (except for the corkscrew that needs to be added). The buildings in this complex are well maintained, as are the exteriors, and the parking is easy and secure. Access to the (small) swimming pool and the gym (with limited equipment) is a plus. At no point did we feel like we were in a senior residence except of course when we passed through the main hall where we met the residents of the residence. Finally, the residence is close to a shopping center and the center of Montluçon, accessible on foot along the river. In short, a beautiful apartment for a short stay in the area."

"Located in central area, just in front of the railway station. Close to the ancient city area, around the castel. Room of adequate size, in a historical palace. The external appearance is more looked after than the rooms, where old carpet is present. Adequate and suffcient all generale features, including breakfast. "
