Our stay was pleasant, by the location of the hotel both away from the city centre and near the center via a tram line nearby as well as a shopping centre in front. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The customer service was exceptional - the staff were always friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I was here last night to break a long journey. Apart from the fact that it is slightly hidden away in an industrial estate it was very good. I parked immediately outside reception but could have parked underground which was also free. There is some work going on outside the restaurant but it's not noisy and the restaurant is still open. Overall I was very happy. Rooms and public areas clean and desk staff helpful. If I was to say anything it would be that maybe breakfast is a little overpriced and dogs not allowed in restaurant BUT I put my dog in the car (shaded and cool) and grabbed a quick piece of baguette and stuffed it with ham and cheese and went on my way. I would stay again.
