Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The breakfast is pretty good. The parking fee is 15 euros a day. You need to swipe the parking ticket to enter the parking lot, which makes you feel safe. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The station is basically opposite the door. I recommend people who drive to choose this hotel
We absolutely loved our two night stay here. Close to the tram taking you into town within minutes & close to local restaurants for dining. However it’s the hotel itself that is the best. Easy parking below the hotel, fantastic reception staff, the best courtyard bedroom we’ve ever stayed in - huge bed, huge balcony & huge walk-in shower plus decent air conditioning. We loved the pool area & it was even warm enough to get into the water! Breakfast was good & included for us as MB titanium. Good selection of fruits, breads & hot foods. We were also given €10 each daily for f&b which we used for wine & a pudding or starter both nights. Would highly recommend d a stay here, it’s just the best & like no other Courtyard Hotel in the world.

Great location, don’t bother with breakfast. Follow the tips… Ask for a group tram 24 hour ticket, it is cheaper than two singles. Don’t bother with breakfast it’s very basic. Balcony’s can’t really be used apart from drying clothes as overlooked from street.

this is our third stay in this beautiful, well kept hotel and it will not have been our last stay. when in the area, there is none better in our opinion. the good times start the moment you enter the lobby. the welcome is always so cordial and sincere. we were greeted by Lucien and he was just super friendly and helpful. the room like the first times we stayed here were bright, cheerful, modern, super clean. just a pleasure to come here. the housekeeping ladies are some of the nicest people, they say hello and wave at the guest and if you should need anything, you get it with a smile. breakfast is also a pleasure and it’s easy to fill your plate with fresh, wholesome, nutritious, very well prepared food. on top it s super delicious. Eileen and Karla keep it all in tip top order and are incredibly helpful. Elies, Mathilda, Paola, Lucien and Charles at reception are our heroes. the love for their job and the customers can be felt. their smiles and patience is balm for the traveler be it on business or leisure. i cannot suggest any improvements to the management other than to keep their wonderful employees. they made all of our stays unforgettable.

A Real Gem! Our focus’s was Niemes but Montpellier is a lovely , historic youthful city. We were very pleased with this hotel and spent 3 nights with 2 in Montpellier and 1 day trip to Niemes. from Gare St Roche. Helpful front desk, explained the transit tram system where you can buy tickets st desk. The 2 twin beds were Marriott heavenly. The AC was perfect. A large balcony to relax on and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast included in our Rewards was excellent, Tram is right outside. Many pleasant water Walks . People stroll by in the evening. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable room and the breakfast is excellent. We were initially disappointed to find that it was not nearer the centre but there is a very regular tram service which stops just opposite the hotel. You can buy 24 hour passes for the tram at the hotel reception.

Spacious room, amazing pool area, reasonably priced, the largest balcony I've ever seen on a hotel room this size, friendly staff, good amenities. Aside from nitpicking absolutely tiny things, I can't reasonably fault this hotel. We had originally booked an airbnb, but upon arriving their found that it was not quite what we had expected. The situation was not helped by the significant heat in Montpellier at the time, so, after one night, we decided to move the the Courtyard as it was down the road and I have gold member status there. It was, immediately, an oasis. I appreciate the previous experience may have biased my review somewhat, but I would still recommend this as someone to stay in Montpellier if you're fine with walking (20-25 mins to la comedie) and would like somewhere quiet.

Bonvoy Platinum for lifer here. This is one of the best Courtyards I've ever stayed at (Only the Gare de Lyon in Paris gives it a run for its money). Super modern, clean, spacious rooms with large balconies overlooking the Plaza. Close to tramway stops. Restaurant breakfast and dinner were well above hotel fare. Staff was SUPER nice - helped us with orienting/mapping, car services, and any service needs we had. Love, Love, Loved it! With US Courtyards would remodel after this!

At the time of stay I am a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member. I stayed a total of 5 nights. The first 3 nights were in a Superior Twin room and the remaining 2 nights in a Junior Suite (Twin). You can watch the full review on YouTube at Luxury Vegan Travel on or after 22 September 2023. Check in was okay. I used the mobile app to check in so the hotel had an idea that we would be arriving at 11pm. I had also got in touch with the hotel in advance to let them know I was vegan – more on that later! First 3 nights: The rooms were comfortable and had a balcony. The balcony is not private – you could hop over to your neighbour. This is good if you are friends or family with your neighbour but not so good if you are strangers and you want privacy on your balcony. The shower was on the wall adjacent to the taps, which means it would be facing outwards towards the bathroom floor. There was a shield to stop the water from going out but you do need to be careful. There were some toiletries such as body lotion but no dental kit or anything else. I didn’t ask if these can be requested or not. Be careful when entering the shower, for some reason, housekeeping kept leaving the tap for the shower on the hottest setting! We had to adjust this each time before stepping into the shower. The room also uses European plugs. I didn’t see any USB charging ports and I didn’t carry an adaptor as I thought all hotels today would have at least USB! Front desk luckily had a Europe to UK adaptor (the last one) which I borrowed and returned on check out. Note, if you do not return this, they may charge you! There was a fridge which was empty! You are given 2 bottles of drinking water on arrival. However, this is not replenished thereafter. I was told that you can pick some up at reception, however, they had kindly put some in our room the next day. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly but Iliece was the most helpful! He helped us on many occasions and never once seemed to be rushed or bothered! We only had general queries like how to get somewhere or book an event but still – he as great! The Junior Suite was nice as it was more spacious and the bathroom had a separate shower cubicle and a separate bathtub. However, the door to the shower cubicle wouldn’t close and when I reported this to the front desk, nothing was done so I ended up showering in the bathtub – just like the previous room. However, the water would take several minutes to warm up in this bathtub so not the greatest. There is no balcony but you can open the windows a little. There is also a full fridge stocked with 2 bottles of mineral water, Perrier water, Heineken, iced tea and more. These are provided on arrival and not replenished thereafter whether you are staying 1 night or 10 nights. There is a small 24 hour gym on site, a small swimming pool (about 10 metres) open from 9am – 9pm and a SPA which is an outside service – not part of the hotel. My most di
