The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel for an IBIS Budget is quite good, with a very good welcome, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. Horrible service. This hotel charges you extra 150€ on check in without any reason. When we asked for any legal base for that, they couldn’t find anything and their only response was “pay or f… off”. The woman at the check-in showed us on the computer screen a part of a conversation with other customers WITH THEIR PRIVATE DATA in order to “prove” that other customers paid this 150€. In the end, she arbitrarily charged us 80€ (?), which so far has not been returned to our account. This hotel is a joke. AVOID.

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. Free car parking. The breakfast was typical Ibis Budget and very good for the price. The only thing letting the breakfast down was the Nescafe instant coffee machine. This just isn't as good as real bean coffee.

Comfortable well appointed bedroom, but un-inviting public areas. Better than average breakfast buffet with efficient breakfast staff. Dinner menu overpriced for what it is. Be wary on check out as the reception will take a pre-auth on your card prior to your stay which they then try to claim is a deposit and attempt to charge your card a second time for the full value of the stay rather than undertaking a completion on the pre-auth already taken - which is normal hospitality practice.

I spent 2 nights alone in one of the studios offered and everything was perfect ! For a fifty-euro (low season - end of January), it is even better than what could be expected: innocent cleanliness, hyper comfortable litter (i had even difficulty to get out of my bed in the morning), Very satisfactory room, kitchen equipped (with dishwasher and hot!) and separated from the room by a door, spacious Bathroom with large mirror, facilities (switches, takes, head lamps, ...) are ergonomic, No discomforts level noise, hot coffee-the-chocolate willing in the DRC, very polite and courtesy staff, in short, nothing to reiterate.

The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city
