The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

Four-star Pullman stayed for the first time, and it was a relatively new hotel in Montpellier. The location was very convenient and the service was very good. The pool terrace and restaurant on the sixth floor are good. The only shortcoming is that the room is slightly smaller.

It was convenient to get off because it was right in front of the tram. (The ticket vending machine may be out of order, so if you want to buy a ticket and ride, you need to check in advance.) After getting to know the surrounding geography, it was a good location for walking around the city center.
I made a reservation with a garden view, and other than being assigned a street-facing room, I was satisfied. The sound of the tram can be heard from early in the morning until late at night, so sensitive people should be careful.

The location is really great. It's right near the station, and Montpellier is accessible by tram, so it's easily accessible. However, the small rooms can be frustrating. Breakfast was edible and okay. The accommodation is really pretty. The accommodation is trying to carry out a campaign to protect the earth, but the heater cannot be turned on strongly, there are restrictions on the use of hair dryers, and the water is not hot.

Rien à dire sur l’emplacement et la propreté dé l’établissement mais par contre le bruit émanant des installations est tout simplement insupportable, il y a même pas de l’air conditionné dans la chambre. J’ai pas dormi de toute la nuit et en bonus je suis sors avec un mal de crâne 💀. Je connais pas le bâtiment A mais le B n’est pas idéal pour se reposer 😴

I had booked a classic room but when we arrived at the hotel we were given a large, very spacious room, n124 in fact I thank Ms Camélia because it was she who welcomed us on our arrival she even gave us the room at 12:30 p.m. we were very happy because we were very tired as we made the trip at night and also it was done she who did the check out when we left she was very kind, smiling and very professional

She even doubted I was the person on my ID. Apart from this judgemental person, everyone else provided excellent service.

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is very close (2 min walks) to the Central Station in Montpellier. The room was relatively compact but very modern with all the essential requirements of this 3 star hotel. However, I was very impressed with staff and the receptionist at this hotel. I must mention Lucas, for his outstanding customer service. In additional to his exceptional English, he displayed genuine warmth and keen interest in all travellers. Due to Lucas personality, it was the best ever welcome to Montpellier. This is also large patio-terrance (on level 3) with a range of chairs and tables. This hotel was exceptional value for money and and location near main attractions of city is ideal. (10-15 walk)

Other than that, there is nothing to praise. In addition to the additional fees specified on Ctrip, you also need to pay a deposit when you check in. This is the only hotel that requires a deposit when we visited several cities in France and several European countries this time. And you have to pay the 50 euro deposit by credit card. The short male waiter at the hotel front desk said in a blunt manner that you can't stay without a credit card. It makes people feel uncomfortable.

It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.
