Four-star Pullman stayed for the first time, and it was a relatively new hotel in Montpellier. The location was very convenient and the service was very good. The pool terrace and restaurant on the sixth floor are good. The only shortcoming is that the room is slightly smaller.

The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

It is recommended that Ctrip regularly update the room photos, the booked room photos are completely different. The hotel is near the train station, the location is very convenient, sometimes there is a 20% discount if you book on the official website.

The room was clean, there was a rail transit track below, the windows were closed, and it was quiet at night. The banyan tree under the door is unforgettable. Special thanks to the front desk lady, because of the road construction, we couldn't find the parking entrance, she went to our parking place to help us lead the way. Montreal is really great, the city of sunshine is beautiful!

Un hotel muy bonito y céntrico. La habitación nos ha gustado mucho, y por lo demás también bien. Si que comentar que el desayuno era muy básico, no había muchas opciones y que te cobran a la llegada una garantía de 50€.

I had booked a classic room but when we arrived at the hotel we were given a large, very spacious room, n124 in fact I thank Ms Camélia because it was she who welcomed us on our arrival she even gave us the room at 12:30 p.m. we were very happy because we were very tired as we made the trip at night and also it was done she who did the check out when we left she was very kind, smiling and very professional

The sofa bed in the room is really 1.5 meters long, and two people can sleep well comfortably, so there is no problem with two beds for four people
The bar and bathroom are outside the door, but we use them independently, which is a good design. People who get up early will not affect each other. There is enough privacy for multiple people to use the toilet

AAnonymous UserThe location is good, right next to the train station, and it takes 2-3 minutes to walk there if you take the train. It is also very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk. Other than that, there is nothing to praise. In addition to the additional fees specified on Ctrip, you also need to pay a deposit when you check in. This is the only hotel that requires a deposit when we visited several cities in France and several European countries this time. And you have to pay the 50 euro deposit by credit card. The short male waiter at the hotel front desk said in a blunt manner that you can't stay without a credit card. It makes people feel uncomfortable.

J’ai pas dormi de toute la nuit et en bonus je suis sors avec un mal de crâne 💀. Je connais pas le bâtiment A mais le B n’est pas idéal pour se reposer 😴

There was one person who thought his bed was in the toilet because he was there for a long time twice and he had to go down to the ground floor to use the toilet there.

It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.
