WERFY Luxury Apart-Hotel

I booked the early check in i had my job interview at 2 PM so i was so rigid to get the hotel room as early as possible and i was that the max i can do is enter at 12:30 I came at 12:30 and see the room is not cleaned and messy washroom stinks This interview was very important for me i came form all the way from PEI it was 11 hours drive for me booked rental specially for this interview which went to **** just because of you guys i am raising this formal complaint i need the full refund for my booking The loss i had today cant be repaid i worked so hard to get this job interview which i couldn’t attend because room was not ready till 1:41 PM I have all the proof and the management is very very poor in terms of communication We have to stay out of the room and watch and wait them to clean it

Great little place! Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure. The Bluetooth lock system on the door was the only real negative. But if you try enough times it does eventually work.

Well located. Great room with a fantastic view of the city of Montreal. No available parking in the hotel which meant looking for other minimal spots to park the car.

Had quite a hard time with this booking. 1. They had issues with digital key at check in (had to wait for about 40 minutes in front of the door, before someone come and help with a manual card) the issue was fixed after check in time. 2. Pre arrival I asked for my birthday decorations there was none (this may not be available and that is okay) , I asked for a higher level and not facing other apartments for personal reasons, they put me in the lowest level (???) facing apartment , I just feel like they don’t care about requests and did not even try to accommodate clients. 3. They said parking available, however you have to pay (it’s not mentioned) but everytime I would ask they would say it is full. There should be a parking spot reserved for clients since I booked this location especially because parking was listed as “available” 4. The washer machine stopped working as I was trying to wash the bedsheets, it stayed stuck during the whole trip as no technician was available. Thankfully, staff brought a set of new bedsheets In overall it was not a bad experience at Werfy in terms of the space itself, but kind of frustrating with everything happening around!

Griffintown location was really good. The hotel room was clean. However, we had a terrible check-in experience. The digital key did not work and we had to wait a very long time for staff to pick up our call. We couldn't park in our parking spot because the FOB was in the room and we couldn't get in since the digital key didn't work. We had to stay outside the hotel for a very long time (in the rain) until someone picked up the phone and sent us someone to physically open our room. The digital key did not work several times during our stay, so we had to call/text and wait for staff to reset it multiple times. We were afraid to leave the room because we weren't sure if we were going to be able to get back in due to the key problem.

Prompt response whenever I make a enquiry to them via email (eg. Wifi, check out procedure etc). We requested for high level and canal view when we booked this apart-hotel and we was given it, love it. love the view from our apartment 😍

Laye check out expensive: +100.00 CAD$ to leave at 1:00 pm (instead of 11:00 am)
