It’s a very large building for basic student accommodation that rent rooms during the summer. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the receptionist, which wasn’t easy for me with my luggage at 79. The room was clean and had a comfortable single bed, a bedside lamp, a desk, an armchair, an fridge and a sink in the room.
There are shared bathrooms which was as expected, though I hadn’t expected to see a naked man who had just had a shower, carrying his clothes and leaving the bathroom as I was going in!
There is a vending machine with remarkably good coffee (and other machines with the usual packaged junk). There are restaurants, a supermarket and the metro nearby.

The ceilings are high, and there is a refrigerator. Amenities such as shampoo are provided, but breakfast is not served. It feels very pleasant to take a walk around the university campus.
It was a bit difficult getting to the lobby floor because there is no elevator, but the price is good, and I like the antique hotel building.

My friend and I stayed there, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. However, there is no air conditioning or heating, so those staying in summer or winter should be aware of this. There was also no hairdryer.

The biggest downside was the lack of air conditioning, but since it's a school dorm, the facilities were clean and the security was good! The person working the counter was also very sensible and nice. I think you should just avoid it in the middle of summer!
