Best Western Ville-Marie Montreal Hotel Suites

The room I was given feels like a prison — it’s tiny and has no direct sunlight. Walls are too thin and ice machine wake me up at night . On top of that, the hotel shut off the water without any prior notice and handled the situation in an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional way. Instead of trying to make it right, they made it even worse and treated me very rudely. Not worth 330$ at all.

The hotel was nice, rooms were big, beds large and comfortable and able to regulate temperature well. The decor - dated but clean. It’s a good 40-45 minute walk to old Montreal but otherwise close to the shops and other sites - maybe a little too far away from the main sites but great for the park and walk up for the city view. Hotel staff were ok - didn’t speak to them much - not all that helpful with directions etc.

Pretty cool place for this surrounding, would like to book again if travelled back to Montreal.

Great service, location was good and surrounded with cafes. The weekends are pretty quiet in this area.

We stayed for 3nights Front staff was so greatness so we were enjoyed the trip Thanks a lot

We only stayed one nice, but decent no-frills hotel. Friendly staff. 👍

I paid online for the room to avoid getting there and find the hotel sold out. I was scared the hotel wouldn’t take cash for my deposit but they did and refunded on my check out, the location was convenient for me, I would definitely come back here for a longer stay.

Room is pretty spacious  With Starbucks and Tim Hortons close by  Walking distance to St Catherine for shopping  About 30-45 mins walk to China town and old Montreal.

Excellent location and lovely Indian restaurant. Reception staff really helpful
