The stay at this hotel was so so, checking in at the reception, no further information was given regarding to amenities, WiFi or facilities. I find that there wasn’t enough lighting in the hotel room. Mattress isn’t as firm as I expected, pillows were good in size but they weren’t good for sleeping as they had zero support for my neck.

Wouldn't really recommend it. There's no kettle, no microwave, and there were empty sugar packets left by the previous guest next to the coffee machine. The pool closes at 5 PM, which is ridiculously early, and the water was freezing. Plus, there weren't enough towels.

Service at concierge was excellent. This lady at the breakfast, her name Mayra, should change her job. No customer care at all. She gave us attitude when we checked in to access the breakfast room. In fact we did not go back for the rest of the 3 days. Also, They missed a day to clean out room and to change our towels due to new year eve rush. Lastly, The 5-10 minutes waiting for an elevator every time it is something they need to resolve. Location is excellent but they should improve in the restorations and modernization of the floors and rooms. Wall paper coming off, in the corridors, paint peeling off in the shower. It looks very sloppy. For CAD$350 per night I would have aspected something better.

The only minor inconvenience is having to take two elevators to get to the lobby and outside.

Location is superb! Can walk underground to metro station and train station. Located inside the Desjardins Complex’s and is accessible from shopping plaza and food court, very convenient 👍 Room is a comfortable size and overall a very enjoyable stay !

Excellent hotel in great location. Welcoming staff . Spacious well appointed room with views over Place des Artes square , which has a great vibe with many street stalls selling artisan goods . Basement food hall offers wide range of food choices for families with first class shopping mall above . Overnight parking can be accessed directly from hotel and is reasonably priced although do note where you parked on arrival ! A short walk to the underground to access everything Montreal has to offer . Highly recommend this hotel .

Everything was excellent overall, especially the charming and kind female manager at the front desk. Her service was exceptionally friendly, patient, and attentive. The only minor downside was the somewhat loud construction noise nearby, but otherwise, everything else was excellent. It would be a bonus if they could offer a discount on parking fees.

The hotel reception is located on the 6th floor of a shopping mall which wasn't easy to find. There's some outside walls renovation going on and it was a bit noisy in the morning. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The location is great, IGA, McDonald's, shops, restaurants, food court right downstairs in the shopping mall. Most of the tourists attractions are within walking distance. The hotel provides valet parking service but we chose to park in the shopping mall's underground garage instead, which is CA$24 for 24 hours.

Great location — within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel is right above a shopping center with direct access to the subway without leaving the building, which is very convenient. The swimming pool was excellent, with a lifeguard on-site and a sauna available. The buffet breakfast was also great, with plenty of options to choose from. Be aware that the hotel is undergoing exterior renovations from June 11, 2025 to August 31, 2025. Unfortunately, the construction noise can start early in the morning and is quite disruptive.

Really good location if visit montreal. Fully recommended.
