Radisson Hotel Montreal Airport

Hahahaha, this is a nice hotel! I really like it. The coffee is free, there are many rooms, and the hotel is big.

The bathroom was tiny, and despite booking with breakfast included, they tried to charge me 22.5 CD, leading to a 20-minute argument. It was the worst experience, but I'll still stay there next time.

Really nice hotel with a shuttle. Everything went smoothly, it was just for one night.

This is an old hotel. It has a large activity area and a pool, but the hotel hallways and gym are quite old. The rooms have been renovated, but there's still a musty smell. The staff are all friendly.

I highly recommend against this hotel; it's absolutely terrible. It might look like a Radisson, but it's far from it. Only the lobby seems to have been renovated; the rooms are a complete mess.

I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. I called them around 11 PM regarding their shuttle service, and waited at the airport for nearly 40 minutes, but the shuttle never showed up. When I tried to call the front desk, they didn't answer. This forced me to drag my luggage and take a taxi to the hotel. Including the taxi fare, I might as well have stayed at a better hotel in the city center. Upon arrival, I was checked in by a Black gentleman who was expressionless and had a cold attitude. Once in the room, the floor was sticky, and there was a definite damp smell inside. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; it's very unprofessional.
