Holiday Inn MONTREAL CENTREVILLE DOWNTOWN by IHG

Excellent hotel, reasonable prices, the room is squeaky clean, friendly hotel staff and very accommodating. I noticed only 1 minor thing, you have to pay for the parking spot per night. Generally it was a great stay. Will recommend and stay again soon.

The stay was very comfortable, and the city view was amazing. We truly enjoyed our time here.

It is an older property so it doesnt feel as clean, the bathroom needs a bit of work. For the price, we did not get regular hotel items like slippers. It is on the cheaper price side for Montreal but i’d rather do airbnb for the price

Location perfect in the Middleton between old town ans downtown but in a district border not so fun. So perfect for stay and move everyday by metro or bise. Old structures and a bit expensive ... Room clean and bathroom new

Hotel experience was horrible on our last day- today, Saturday, 4/4/26. We needed to store our luggage because my son and I had a late flight and checkout is at 11am and we wanted to enjoy time in Montreal before our late flight tonight. We returned to the hotel this afternoon with some food to eat before making our way to the airport. My son and I were minding our own business sitting in their very empty lobby on the 2nd floor (that is where check-ins are and other rude wait staff sit. (See below). A man who did not identify himself comes over to my son and I and asked me if we are staying at the hotel. I told him yes but that wasn’t good enough for him and he then asked me what room number. I told him what room number, the number of nights we stayed there (3) and he simply walked away. No thank you - no explanation, no I’m sorry for disturbing us. I went to the desk and the desk staff was just as rude. The woman who works at the desk at 3:50 pm on Saturday said it is part of Duncan’s job as security to make sure no one “loiters!” I didn’t realize my son and I looked like “loiterers!” When I tried to explain my experience this desk attendant defended Duncan despite him not identifying himself, not explaining why he confronted my son and I and no apology provided!! There was also a man working at the front desk who didn’t want to get involved. I also went to throw our lunch bag away in the bathroom right by where we were sitting and Duncan locked the bathroom door! I will be calling the manager Lino as he is not in until Tuesday. Don’t stop but keep on walking past this horrible “hotel” where they clearly don’t know customer service despite being in the hospitality business!! You won’t have to worry about guests, let alone loiterers Holiday Inn - au revoir!!

Excellent location in the middle of tourist spots. Hotel is quite old may need to renovate soon. Good for both tourist and busines

The hotel located in the Chinatown. Very easy to get good Chinese food.  I love it.

Just perfect location, a few block away from Nothe-Dame and short walk to China Town. Easy to get on and off from 747 from and to the airport.
