The lobby and room facilities didn't meet five-star standards; they were quite old. However, the room size was ample. Due to a family situation, I had to check out early, and Trip.com actively helped coordinate, so their service was good.

What an amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the crystal suite which is a corner suite with huge windows overlooking the city. The room was so fancy with high end luxury decor and furnishings. The bathroom was huge with a soaking tub and tiled shower. The room was stocked with snacks and a bar with various liquor. I felt like I was back in a Las Vegas hotel. We had a minor issue with a light bulb flickering and someone came to replace it within 10 mins of us calling the front desk. Top notch service. The room was very quiet. We parked in a garage a few blocks down that was reasonably priced so it was a quick walk over.

Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

Honestly, we were treated like royalty. All the staff were incredibly attentive to the guests. We didn't have to open a single door in the building or to the car ourselves – an employee always opened it for us. What can I say about the size of the bathroom and the room? In short, I loved everything!

Impressive hotel However the hot tub was not working and looked like it been out of order for a while They told me it broke last week and would be fixed by next week but based on others reviews I’m not sure that was truthful The restaurant was a hard pass - they are over crowded and could not accommodate me as a hotel guest
