I had stayed for 19 days in the hotel with full kitchen equipment feels like home. Great place to stay in downtown Montreal. Close to china town, bus and metro station . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very recommend it 👍👍 And will be back here if I come back to Montreal .

Avoid this place at all costs. We arrived to find a filthy shower room, complete with dust, dirt, and hair everywhere. We immediately demanded a deep cleaning, as the room was clearly neglected and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the window doesn’t even close properly — every passing car on the motorway roars through the room as if we were sleeping on the roadside. The hotel promised to clean and fix the problems, but absolutely nothing was done. It was pure lip service. We escalated to the manager and contacted Trip.com (where we booked), but nobody lifted a finger to help us. This hotel is a complete scam — it shamelessly advertises “comfort” and “quality,” but delivers only filth, lies, and misery. Staying here has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The location is very good for participating in the conference hall.

The building seems to be newly built, but the neighborhood and the management is not good. There's construction going on in Chinatown which is right next to the hotel, so the buses don't stop there and take a detour which isn't great to walk more than 10+ minutes to take the bus. Also, thorough cleaning is needed in rooms.

Excellent Stay Breakfast are great, full of variety food

Hotel is quite new. It is more like Condotel and has full facilities. Kitchen and laundry. Good for families. Right at the gate of Chinatown so there were plenty of food to choose from. Short walk to Montreal old town too.

Friendly staff at check in. We got a big and spacious room. Clean and comfy bed. No complaints at all. The breakfast is very American with a lot of food in package, but something to get in your stomach to start the day. We would come back!

- Breakfast ends at 9:30. Sometimes at 9:15 it’s impossible to get utensils. - The room was kinda clean. I guess it’s ok for 3 stars - Location is nice - 5 min walking to Vieux Port, 3 min to Jazz Fest venue - A TV is a huge plus cause I was staying during euro 2024 - shampoo, conditioner, facial soap, body lotion was provided. No shower gel for some reason though.

Homewood suites is a new and modern hotel located in the heart of Chinatown. Convenient location close to metro, notre dame and good restaurants all within walking distance. Suite was very clean and it was nice to have a mini kitchen to be able to store food in fridge and microwave leftovers with utensils provided. Hotel breakfast is Standard nothing spectacular however, they serve hot coffee and tea throughout the day which was a nice touch.

Really amazing hotel, I stayed there with my wife in downtown Montreal. The room is so modern with appliances which really surprised us. They actually have a whole dishwasher, stove in the room, we do not use it, but could’ve made use of it. Otherwise, the wash is very clean and modern, the rest of the room is very modern. Hotel had a very good breakfast which was above average.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Loved it. Although the location was not my favorite, I loved the hotel itself and the service. The room was spacious, I laid out my 3 big luggages and still was able to walk around. The hotel lets guests use their lounge space which I especially enjoyed. Breakfast was something I also enjoyed. I would definitely consider staying here again. And I almost forgot to add that it had a wonderful view!! I would sit by the window and look at the scenery!

My room needs workman to fix something. After the repairing, my hotel room door kept open remaining unlock. That put my belongings at risk.
