"The service is slightly indifferent, basically qualified"
Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort
"Nice apartment, very comfortable. Great location, in front of the beach, and with a covenience store and bakery nearby. The bus stop is also very close."
Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park
"Friendly front staff."
Nightcap at Kawana Waters Hotel
"Excellent location. The room interior is clean, even though the exterior is not that great. The swimming pool needs continuous cleaning. Bar opens at 10am in the morning and the service is very slow, causing delays to our next destination. Due to these delays, we wanted to get take away coffee, but that was also not allowed. Bar should improve their services."
Newport Mooloolaba Apartments
"Overall good experience"
Direct Collective - Sea Breeze Mooloolaba
"Nice place and spot"
Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel
"Great place to stay in Mooloolaba. Only been open for about 2 months. Excellent room layout, very sensible. Lights & their switches are really sensible & easy to use. Often hotel rooms can be too dark. This one gives you all the options & does not require a drgree in lighting to make it work. Even a bedside light that enables you to easily read in bed. Quite spacious, comfortable bed and great shower. Beautiful seaside views on rooms facing the sea. Really nice restaurant on the 12th floor. At breakfast its reserved for guests.Unbelievably friendly & efficient staff. Food is great also!!"

Nautilus Mooloolaba
"Our experience was enjoyable with friendly and reliable staff. The rooms clean and tidy."
Sandcastles Mooloolaba
"We had booked for eight nights and were really disappointed on arrival. For the price and the Trip Advisor rating, it simply did not measure up. Our unit appeared to have been recently renovated but it was a really cheap job. The light switches were not secure, the toilet roll holder leaned downwards, the wardrobe doors very thin and the bed gave me my first ever back ache on waking. It turns out that Sandcastles, although well located, is at the ‘poor end’ of the beach front strip and the area is unusually dark at night. My partner and I were shocked when we first walked into our allocated apartment (305) and felt no better the following morning. I went in search of alternative accomodation, which was difficult to find. Eventually found something, which was three bedrooms instead of one, and cost 2.5 times more than Sandcastles. It was worth every cent. Sandcastles is not serviced daily, the alternative one is. The lounge room/dining area is four times the size and we have a beachfront view. To be fair to Sandcastles, I did not say anything, except we were leaving early. They graciously only charged us for two nights accomodation and refunded the six nights. I was very grateful. The receptionist was lovely and the standard of accomodation was not her fault, so no point in carrying on to her. Sandcastles is a three star resort at best, and certainly not 4.5."
Alexandra on the Pacific
"Absolutely recommend this place!! Right from check in, being an easy and informative process. Great customer service!! Good car parking space, and very clean lift. Room was fantastic! Spacious, full apartment setup. Kitchen and facilities, well equipped. Bedrooms spacious and clean. Lots of spare blankets/pillows in both rooms. Bathrooms both main and ensuite, are very clean and well presented. Beds are comfy and and are setup with smart tvs. Very modern apartment with a big outdoor area with large 6 seater outdoor furniture for eating and or entertaining. Pool, Spa and Sauna were well used by my family and are well maintained. Walking distance to the beach, and main shopping centre and great eateries of Mooloolaba. We were literally in the heart of Mooloolaba. I can’t wait for our next trip, and will without a doubt book Alexandra on the Pacific again! Thank you so so much for an amazing accommodation and experience 🥰"
Northwind Mooloolaba Holiday Apartments
"Hotel was great! Easy check in, great facilities and just across the road from the huge playground and many coffee shops/restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean with everything needed for our stay. Would stay there again!"
Mandolin Beachfront Resort
"The room is bit old but clean, great location and the pool and spa are nice. The kids’ play room is old and bit messy, unfortunately the reception staff was not on site so when we need to contact the staff over the phone she sounded confused too😂"
Ocean Boulevard
"Location is great if you plan on spending time at the beach. Defo worth paying more for a room with a sea view. The pool area had a warm spa/hot tub which was very welcome after early morning and slightly cold swims in the sea. A sauna was lacking and would've been a perfect addition. Interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly. Will consider again."
Beachside Resort Kawana Waters
"A pleasant surprise. Tidy and spacious apartment about 100m from the beach. Gym, sauna and pool. Very friendly staff. The beach is superb with huge, gentle waves and warm water. Life savers right there. An RSL-run club is just off the beach and residents get 10% off. About 200m in the opposite direction is an absolutely enormous shopping complex. Mooloolaba is about 10 minutes drive away. This is the perfect situation. Each room has a fan and the main living area has aircon. Highly recommended."
Beachside Mooloolaba
"Great location , really clean and private"
Saltwater Villas - Pet Friendly Accommodation
"Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach front and restaurants and shops. We stayed in a waterfront villa 3. Amazing views and direct access to the pool. There is also access to a small beach and canal for our pup. Alison and Tara were great hosts. We will definitely be back."
Malibu Apartments
"Perfect location very clean and comfortable"
Osprey Apartments
"Perfect location .Fantastic spot right by the water. Peaceful, bright, and exactly as described..Highly recommend. Its our second time .Enjoyed every minute."
Mantra Zanzibar
"Fantastic Location! We chose a 3 bedroom penthouse to enable us to have plenty of space and enjoy the roof top area. Unfortunately the stair case to the roof top area was quite precarious and as such we found ourselves not wishing to ascend and descend the stair case very often. The main pool area is located at the back of the building and lacked any resort feel. Ok if you just wanted a dip to cool down but not a great place to relax. The building is quite old but the unit we had did have renovations completed and it was quite nice."
Oceans Mooloolaba
"We really enjoy our stay at Oceans. Perfectly located and clean. Receptionists are nice and helpful."
Beach Club Mooloolaba
"Good location, clean and having all facilities ( washing machines, dishwasher, dryer)."
Meridian Alex Beach Apartments
"Our stay at Meridian Alex Beach was nothing short of exceptional. The spacious apartment offered breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony, providing a serene backdrop to our mornings. The kitchen and laundry facilities made our stay incredibly convenient. The resort's amenities, including pool, spa, and rooftop terrace, offered perfect spots to unwind. Located just steps from Alexandra Headland Beach and close to local cafes and shops, the location was ideal. The friendly staff ensured a warm welcome and attentive service throughout our stay. Meridian Alex Beach truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing beachside getaway."
Grand Palais Boolarong Beachside Apartments
"Very clean and spacious apartment plenty of room for the 5 of us! Kitchen was nicely equipped and only a short walk from the beach front. Not too noisy either!"
