A Traveller's Palm
"Marley the host was super friendly and we enjoyed the benefit of a free upgrade to a larger room. The budget rooms are ideal for an overnight stop but for a longer stay the larger rooms are more comfortable. Comfy beds enabled a good nights sleep. The rooms were very clean and neat. The small fridge in the room was inadequate for our needs and we were offered the use of a common area deep freeze. Phalabora is an ideal overnight stop between Johannesburg and the Kruger National Park enabling us to enter the park early on our first day. We will stay again."
Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit
"Staff, rooms, cleanliness, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back. Views from the restaurant 👌🏾. It was just tranquil and beautiful! We just had one incident of ordering a medium steak and they brought well-done. We asked the waitress to speak to the chef and she came back suggesting we had already eaten it (but how would we know without eating it?). We paid for a very expensive meal that we didn’t enjoy. This was our first night at the hotel in mirage "
Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel, Lodge & Spa
"Beautiful surrounding scenery"
Casa Leitao Lodge
"The place is nice, the only issue I had was the aircon not fully functioning, it was cold and we couldn't warm up our room..there was no blankets ready in the room we had to ask at reception..But otherwise I liked the place."
Tzaneen Country Lodge
"the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."
Iso'Bella Vita Guesthouse
"it was a very cool vacation. the manager was always on call and supported us. the hotel is very clean. we liked the breakfasts and the pool."
Tshukudu Game Lodge
"My first experience at a Game Lodge in South Africa was pleasant. The rooms were in small villas with adjoining rooms if one chose. They are spacious, air conditioned and the king poster beds had all around netting. Bathrooms are very spacious. The porch like balcony comes in handy during sunset and sunrises, as you hear the beautiful sounds of the wild. The restaurant was decent and was open Aired facing the pool and several outdoor lounge areas. The spa provided great massages and was easily accessible. The nightly dining space was set around a bonfire and provided a buffet setting with a full bar."
Muunga Bush Lodge & Spa
"What an AWESOME experience, a real gem in Hoedspruit and can strongly recommend this special place to each and everyone. From arriving until departure, Ruan and Jenny were always ready to make our stay even more pleasant and went out of their way making this the most memorable experience ever. The lodge is of world class standard and the massages offered, were the cherry on top!! Muunga Bush Lodge will most certainly see me again."
Sunbird Lodge
"Service air-condition & fumigation for ants. The is is perfect Including the meals are deliciousRate 99.8%"

Nyati Safari Lodge
"This was our second visit to Nyati Safari Lodge. As always, the grounds were spotless, accommodation was very spacious and neat, and the food was delicious, even for us vegetarians. The Olifants river flows right past your accommodation, so visitors like elephants are common, even in the rainy season when they come for the fresh grass. Game viewing was poor the first cold and rainy day, but we still saw 12 rare grey mammals in an evening drive. Our last morning drive was sunny, with the Big Five before breakfast, including 3 different lion sightings and a huge male leopard wandering in the road next to us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent experience, especially if you can include a Sunday night dinner up on top of the hill overlooking a beautiful waterhole and the eastern Drakensberg mountains from The Lion King viewpoint!"
Safari Moon Luxury Bush Lodge
"The room is very unique and the service is also very good. In the early stage, because there were activities related needs, I communicated with the store through emails many times. The store's service attitude was very good and they answered my questions carefully."
Karongwe- Shiduli Safari Lodge
"We spent 3 nights here. It was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. In particular, our guide Charlie and tracker James were outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about the local fauna and flora and patient in answering questions. They provided plus with an excellent introduction to South Africian wildlife. The lodge itself is very nice. We had a good sized room with a nice bed a d bathroom with a nice shower. The food was very good, plentiful, and diverse. The grounds are well kept and nice to walk around."
Oase by 7 Star Lodges - Greater Kruger Private 530ha Reserve
La Lechere Guest House
"A very good, clean ccomodation. Like a jewel in the town. Small garden with swimming pool. Car park is inside the fenced property. Breakfast was individually created and all wished very fulfilled. Tha accomodation is close to the Krüger Gate but the roads in town have plenty of pot holes."
Wild Dog Guest Lodge
"Wt said for 3 nights as a base to explore the Panorama route as we had a separate safari booked. However, safari drives can be organised from here. The place was immaculate and the hosts could not have been friendlier. They were very helpful in helpings orientate ourselves and the best restaurants to go to locally. Oh and they get our award for the best breakfast we've ever had for a B&B accommodation ! We stayed in the Nyala cottage. Mick & Helen"
Nyaleti Lodge
"Both Ann and Marlin were incredible hosts on top of having a great location. I was able to get up and go for walks every morning, which at one point I was followed by a herd of zebra. On top of the fact that I had a warthog staying underneath my place. It was such a cool lively place to stay. IfI get a chance in the future to return I will definitely becoming back! "
Blyde River Wilderness Lodge
"Peaceful and wildlife atmosphere...very cosy rooms (we stayed in the roundavells) very good food and nice staff. We had a lovely stay we did panorama route to visit the blyde river canyon sites...it is a bit far from there around 1 hour drive to the first step of the panorama route. I recommend this place if you don't mind being a bit remote "
Coach House Hotel & Spa Tzaneen
"Magnificent setting overlooking the mountains and valley. The room was superb - luxurious and well serviced. Room service available The restaurant serve a nice verity and the food can definitely be recommended - the wine list is exceptional. We all gathered in the pub to watch the rugby and the atmosphere was awesome. All staff very friendly and competent. Will be back soon!!"
Cyc Guest Lodge
"Just wanted to say how impressed i am with CYC LODGE (GIYANI). The rooms and common areas are spotless, well-maintained , and super comfortable . The workers are also incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, polite , and made me really feel welcome *Mrs Mashaba *sister Rhulani *sister Mbhoni went above and beyond , They were a highlight. would definitely recommend and come back again. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE."
Fairview Hotels,Spa & Golf Resort
"I had a wonderful stay at FairView Hotel. The views from my room were absolutely beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job, changing the towels and bedding daily. I also took a walk from my room down to the river, passing the golf course along the way. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful, relaxing experience. The only downside was that my room had a thatched roof without a ceiling, and small bits would occasionally fall from the roof, which was a little unpleasant. The staff at reception, in the breakfast room, and at the restaurant were all professional, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I ordered room service once and, unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the chicken schnitzel, fries, or the peppermint crisp tart. However, everything else about my stay was excellent. The swimming pool area was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. "
Kingfisher Creek Safari Lodge
"Great place. The "tents" are super, fresh, modern and well looked after. Tent is a misnomer, they are really cabins with solid walls clad with canvas for aesthetic reasons. First time I have stayed in a tent with a tiled bathroom! Food was wonderful and service was fantastic. Annie the owner, could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. It is a long way from the paved road (10km of dirt road and then 5 km of dirt track) but don't let the put you off it is worth it."
Ukuthula Bush Lodge
"As a family of 5 adults we had an absolutely lovely 24 hours at Ukuthula Bush Lodge in mid-April - our only regret was that we wish we had stayed longer. One day was not enough. The rooms, two in the main building and one separate cottage, were simply fantastic and the pool area and terraces are very comfy and well-maintained. The private reserve is large and has several tracks and paths for walking with many zebras, giraffes, impala and warthogs ambling about; it was probably the best morning run location I've ever had. Staff were all so very helpful and kind. Great value for money. "
Aerotel
"Fantastic short stay with great staff, novelty sleep over a 737- 200 Highly recommend VIP package"
The Serene Stay
"My brother and I were fortunate to book The Belgium Inn for 3 nights in Apr to visit Kruger National Park and drive the Panorama Route near Hoedspruit SA. The host is tremendous and his hospitality significantly improved our visit. The accommodations are great and the breakfast is fantastic. The host provided services beyond the normal B&B requirements. He did ask that no matter how you book The Belgium Inn, you contact him to ensure that he can assist you in arriving and departing from his home."
Leopard's Lair Bush Lodge
"Recommended for those who use a rental car because it is a little far from the airport. The service is very good, but it is a little inconvenient because there is no supermarket nearby."
