A Traveller's Palm
"Was very well received by owners. Had a great overnight stay. One suggestion, put more lights in unit or the white bulbs."
Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit
"The ladies preparing breakfast are unprofessional not the friendliest otherwise everything else was really good. "
Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel, Lodge & Spa
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we started making our booking, the service was exceptional. We arranged a few special extras to celebrate my husband’s and son’s birthdays, and everything was beautifully set up in our room when we arrived. It made the occasion feel incredibly special, and the cake was honestly out of this world! A very special thank you to Simone, who assisted us with our booking and all the birthday arrangements. She even took the time to introduce herself when we arrived and personally made sure that everything was in order. That kind of personal attention really stood out and made us feel so welcome. Dinner was excellent — every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The chef clearly knows exactly what they are doing! Our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The team even assisted us with getting firewood to take with us into Kruger National Park, which was incredibly helpful and just another example of how they went the extra mile for us. We only stayed for one night before continuing into Kruger, but from the friendly service throughout the booking process to the warm welcome and wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our short visit so memorable and for helping us celebrate two special birthdays in such a beautiful way. We will most definitely be back!"
Casa Leitao Lodge
"The place is nice, the only issue I had was the aircon not fully functioning, it was cold and we couldn't warm up our room..there was no blankets ready in the room we had to ask at reception..But otherwise I liked the place."
Tzaneen Country Lodge
"the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."
Iso'Bella Vita Guesthouse
"it was a very cool vacation. the manager was always on call and supported us. the hotel is very clean. we liked the breakfasts and the pool."
Tshukudu Game Lodge
"My partner and I had such a wonderful experience , Also, I noticed the website highlights guides and management, which is fantastic, but it would be lovely if the amazing receptionists, waiters, and the rest of the team could also be showcased. They really make the experience memorable, and guests like myself would love to see and celebrate them too."
Muunga Bush Lodge & Spa
"We had a lovely stay at this lodge and truly enjoyed every moment. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and provided wonderful service, making us feel completely at home. A special thank you for the beautiful birthday cake. We highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-cared-for place to stay."
Sunbird Lodge
"Clean , neat, quiet, and Staff very very accommodating and absolutely very very friendly, I felt at home away from home, will refer others and go back there if the opportunity arise again"

Karongwe- Shiduli Safari Lodge
"We spent 3 nights here. It was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. In particular, our guide Charlie and tracker James were outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about the local fauna and flora and patient in answering questions. They provided plus with an excellent introduction to South Africian wildlife. The lodge itself is very nice. We had a good sized room with a nice bed a d bathroom with a nice shower. The food was very good, plentiful, and diverse. The grounds are well kept and nice to walk around."
Oase by 7 Star Lodges - Greater Kruger Private 530ha Reserve
Kapama Southern Camp
"What an amazing experience. Everything was excellent, from the food and accommodations to the staff and the service. We would not change a thing. We cannot give enough praise to our guide Richard and out spotter Dee. What wonderful people to spend an adventure with. Thank you so much for making this a trip of a lifetime."
La Lechere Guest House
"Guest house and service were great BUT to get there you need to pass pothole after pothole for about 2 km. "
Leopard's Lair Bush Lodge
"Located in Pridelands Conservancy a private reserve bordering Greater Kruger. We were fortunate to witness giraffes in the driveway in the early morning and late night. Our group went on 5 early morning and late afternoon Game drives (Safari’s) the two guides assigned to take us out were knowledgeable and friendly. Lodge staff were friendly and attentive, preparing breakfast for us daily and taking care of our housekeeping needs. Our group of nine had excellent accommodations in the four private stand alone rooms. Each suite was comfortable and the private outdoor showers added to the unique experience. The fully functional kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas including an unforgettable Braai provided an ideal environment for our group to enjoy and celebrate our time together in South Africa. Our thanks to Anton and Simeone and their team for their incredible hospitality and dedication to the preservation of the ecosystem."
The Serene Stay
"My brother and I were fortunate to book The Belgium Inn for 3 nights in Apr to visit Kruger National Park and drive the Panorama Route near Hoedspruit SA. The host is tremendous and his hospitality significantly improved our visit. The accommodations are great and the breakfast is fantastic. The host provided services beyond the normal B&B requirements. He did ask that no matter how you book The Belgium Inn, you contact him to ensure that he can assist you in arriving and departing from his home."
Loerie Guesthouse
"My stay was not very pleasant. I had issues with the TV not playing. No hot water in the morning from the shower "
Fairview Hotels,Spa & Golf Resort
"I had a wonderful stay at FairView Hotel. The views from my room were absolutely beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job, changing the towels and bedding daily. I also took a walk from my room down to the river, passing the golf course along the way. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful, relaxing experience. The only downside was that my room had a thatched roof without a ceiling, and small bits would occasionally fall from the roof, which was a little unpleasant. The staff at reception, in the breakfast room, and at the restaurant were all professional, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I ordered room service once and, unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the chicken schnitzel, fries, or the peppermint crisp tart. However, everything else about my stay was excellent. The swimming pool area was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. "
African Flair Boutique Safari Lodge
"Absolutely amazing stay!very peaceful and tranquil.would definitely recommend it to everyone The place giving Bali in Limpopo ❤️❤️"
Coach House Hotel & Spa Tzaneen
"We love visiting the hotel. The ambience is other-worldly and the old-world charm just takes us back. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and the General Manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to visit again, and next time maybe have a spa treatment"
The Wild Blue Lodge Safari & Spa
"We stayed for four nights at the Wild Blue Lodge in the honeymoon suite. The room was beautifully presented and we enjoyed frequent dips in the private plunge pool. As part of our visit we enjoyed a day trip to Kruger NP, a day trip along the Panarama Route and bush walking and game driving on the Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve. Sabine and her staff were friendly, attentative and obliging and the food for breakfast and dinner was of a high quality. Highly recommend this Lodge"
Call of the Wild Lodge
"My night stay was comfortable. The room was well kept and had every you needed. Very safe and accessible to great wildlife. Would definitely stay again! Deon was a great host "
Blyde Mountain Country House
"Neat and clean. Wonderful experience checking in and out and the owner/manager is such a charming and friendly person. Fantastic view as well. Will definitely visit again!"
Rukiya Safari Camp
"From the moment we were met at Hoedspruit airport by Ntsako we knew this would be special, but little did we know how special. The staff at the Lodge make you feel welcome (Kevin & Femke) from the moment we arrived, a welcome drink and a delicious lunch were followed by our first game drive around the Wild Rivers reserve. As mentioned in other reviews the morning drives are on other reserves and it can get chilly on the road so wrap up warm, but the rewards are well worth any perceived discomfort (To us it was just part of the adventure). We had so many incredible animal sightings, the top one was 4 Lionesses and a Crocodile fighting over a kill. Other close-up encounters included Elephants, Rhinos, Giraffes (one giving birth) , Water Buffalo and more. Many thanks to our super guide Aiden and super spotters Femke & Jess. I should add that the breakfast and sunset stops were always in picturesque surroundings and well timed. We were introduced to Gin and dry Lemon sundowners, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread whilst out in the wild as the day warmed up. This Lodge really is fantastic, the food is plentiful and of a very high quality, the honesty bar is well stocked and much appreciated after a long tiring day. The accommodation is akin to glamping with all the facilities and more you would expect and need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Thank you to all of the staff for an unforgettable holiday that we will always cherish."
Mbizi Bush Lodge
"Where to even begin. We had the best few days at Mbizi. Bjorn and family were so welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable. The accommodation is beautifully finished, the food is honestly amazing, the pool and the view are both great for some downtime. The game drives were great, we saw so many animals including a leopard and the off roading style was so fun. The value for money at this place is honestly exceptional - would 100% recommend to everyone and will definitely be back! Thanks for a great and relaxing stay guys!"
