Our stay at Alondra was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Samanta, who gave us directions and made sure we had everything we needed, along with some delicious drinks!!!! Later in the afternoon, another girl from the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was just as delicious! Housekeeping was also excellent, the room was spotless at all times. We will DEFINITELY be returning. 10/10

I had an awesome time at the hotel; it was my first time and I be back with my Family and more friends, the hotel is very cozy and service was great, has a great location and I just love their restaurant, thank you for making my trip a kodak moment. Cant wait to start planning my next trip!

I had an exceptional stay at Casa Alondra. Every detail of the design feels intentional and beautifully done. The space is immaculate and comfortable, and it immediately felt like a place I wanted to spend time in. The hotel restaurant was a highlight. It was so good that I ended up eating there multiple times during my stay. The quality of the food and the atmosphere were consistently excellent. The service truly stood out. The staff provided a personalized and thoughtful experience every day. Small touches like turndown service made each evening feel special and well cared for. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It made it easy to explore on foot and take in the architecture and energy of the city. After a long day visiting nearby pueblos mágicos like Pátzcuaro, coming back to relax in the copper tub was the perfect way to end the day. 10/10, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were all extremely friendly - they even brought us some welcome mocktails and Tiramisu when we first arrived! The room is incredibly beautiful - very tall ceilings, exceptional design, and attention to detail. The restaurant is just outside the rooms in a courtyard type of floor plan, but surprisingly the sound didn't travel through the room - probably the very thick walls and large durable doors. Still, I really loved the setup because it felt like there was a lot of "life" and energy to the place.

Lovely boutique hotel! Close the highlights of Morelia and felt extremely safe. Staff were helpful and courteous with many speaking English. The suite was well equipped with very high end touches. Very clean. Diego restaurant was amazing as well.

Luxury hotel, excellent service and great team of staff. English spoken staff. Diego restaurant on site was such a treat! Fine dining experience and we enjoyed the pasta de Cameron and risotto. We stayed twice and will book in future trips. Location is excellent.

Casa Alondra was an excellent place to stay and truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and located in a safe area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—within a short walking distance to many local attractions, making it easy to explore without needing transportation. The staff was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to the entire front desk team for making everything so easy. Being able to communicate and make requests via text message was extremely convenient and much appreciated. Diego Restaurant is a must-try! The food was delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic—definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I also loved having Netflix in the room, which was perfect for relaxing at night and catching up on my shows after a day of exploring.
