We always go back to this hotel mainly because of the amazing views of the city, the beautiful grounds and the restaurant. The food is one of the best in Morelia at affordable prices and the waiters are always welcoming and friendly. They always make us feel like home. The rooms are rustic and nice, nothing fancy but we like the style. We just wish they'd let us use the fireplace during winter. Can't wait to be back!

The hotel is not clean for covid times.the handles and switches are dirty, my lysol wipe came out dirty, we booked a handicapped room and a suite with 2 rooms, in the suite one of the rooms has no heat and I slept with a jacket to avoid the cold weather, the vent in the bathroom is always open so the air gets to you. The reception area claims that they don't know what is a stand for suitcases, then I found one in the other room and they confessed they ran out of them. The security box does not work, the bell boy came twice and they did not get it to work.

El hotel está hermoso, como está en lo alto, tiene vista de la ciudad, en el restaurante todo riquísimo; la atención de todos muy buena. Aunque hacía frío las habitaciones tienen clima por lo que son súper acogedoras, se descansa muy bien. Aunque tiene alberca, el agua está lo que le sigue de fría. Claro que regresamos!!

Fuimos el día 27/mar/2022 para disfrutar del bufet que ofrecían por ser domingo, en donde había una muy buena selección de platillos como menudo, barbacoa, corundas, carnitas, quesadillas, huevos al gusto, chilaquiles, etc, jugos, pan, postres, café, etc., con una magnífica atención de los meseros y demás personal del Restaurant. Todo ello en un ambiente ameno y con una espectacular vista de Morelia. Los jardines, fuentes y árboles resaltan sus instalaciones buen cuidadas.

El lugar estilo colonial es muy bonito; jardines cuidados, plantas, carretas y detalles por todos lados. El personal es muy amable y atento. Mi habitación con chimenea muy espaciosa y limpia. Esta muy cerca del centro y museos. Tiene Parkin gratis. Las vistas a la ciudad de Morelia son espectaculares. Sin duda volveré!! Una gran opción. .
