Hotel Morgan a Wyndham Hotel

Checking in Clinton at the front desk was amazing. And the host that greets you (cant remember his name) but opens the doors, brings your car around etc. was about one of the friendliest people I have ever met. If you want a great 5 star experience in Morgantown, there is no where else to stay. We were there to play against WV for baseball and we felt so welcome even though we were the competition. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff members very pleasant. Bar very good. Room was atrocious. Bathroom had knowing sink inside the sink was outside of the bathroom one single sink next to the refrigerator one small mirror in the room other than a full length mirror by the door no mirrors in the bedroom area lighting was very poor cleanliness needed to be addressed, I will never stay there again. I have never in my life seen a hotel with one sink not in the bathroom. You have to exit the bathroom go into the room and stand next to the refrigerator which I think is really unsanitary to use the bathroom sink!

Amazing place. Everyone was helpful and the room was beautiful. Will never stay anyplace in Morgantown again

While we enjoyed our stay the room could've been cleaner. Windows haven't been cleaned in some time and very dusty on the inside ledges. AC unit rattled so loud I had to turn it off at 3 a.m. Other then that the staff was great and the rest of the hotel looked like it was kept clean

The staff was wonderful. Nice updates, beautiful historic touches. Highly recommend if a downtown location works for you. The room itself was clean but not spotless-but the bathroom, shower, sink, etc were VERY clean. I stayed in a regular king room on the 7th floor and there is a window air conditioner which is loud but fine if you’re not planning on working from your room (which I was.) But again- just information not a criticism. Everything in the is the room is high - sink, mirror, and window. So for people much shorter than me (5’3) you may want to see if there is a room with a lower mirror. They did have a full length mirror which I was able to use instead. The lack of natural light because the window is covered by the air conditioner is not ideal. But great valet- nice lounge work area to use instead of your room and great location for walking downtown. All and all would definitely return.

A/C filter was quite dusty. Phone to front desk did not work. But hotel was pretty, clean and the decor lovely.

Have visited Hotel Morgan multiple times. This brief visit didn’t disappoint. Clean room, nicely decorated, comfortable bed at end of quiet hall. Only complaint is minor maintenance needed around shower. Loose tile and grout

Staff not welcoming upon arrival of checkout. Bartender was really nice , helpful & friendly. Valet service wax good. Room had a weird configuration but nice. Not the quality I was expecting for a hotel of this price

It was a last minute booking on our way from the South to the North. Staff was great and bed was super comfy. Rate was also amazing. I’d stay there again.
