"WARNING: this facility is NOT a hotel. This is not a safe facility for foreign travelers. We arrived in the morning and the reception area was filled with a group of highly intoxicated men, one who almost carelessly burned me with his cigarette. We asked to view the rooms. We were shown rooms where people were actively living in. We were asked to show our computers ( the customers!) To provide proof of our prepaid booking reservations. Thankfully our taxi had not left and graciously helped us find an actual hotel."
