esperienza molto rilassante e confortevole.. Abbiamo dormito in una stanza e la mattina seguente abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere la spa tutta per noi. magnifica! abbiamo proseguito con un massaggio a testa. è stato tutto troppo piacevole. Personale cortese, gentile e preparato. Bravi!!

We are absolutely delighted we chose Borgo San Faustino and Villa Laura as our wedding venue for July 2024. The staff, food and facilities were immaculate and we all felt incredibly at home in this beautiful slice of tranquil paradise. We cannot wait to return and reminisce our beautiful day.

This place has the potential to be very good but some of the team have lost the energy this autumn and are busy on their phones or pre-occupied with other things. Our breakfast experience was the poorest of our Tuscany and Lazio experience while the restaurant itself is the most beautiful, a real shame. Dinner was good but sides and desserts on the menu were unavailable. The pool was green and the outside jacuzzi even more so. It felt like end-of season lethargy but it didn’t need to be this way. In the summer, it’s probably great, but if you are open, you should still offer the experience of clean pools (to look at!) or at least complimentary spa use (€25pp) to make up for no outdoor facilities. It was the most expensive nights of our trip but we had far superior and better-priced food and rooms elsewhere.

The Hôtel is in a perfect location full of trees, with a pool and patio. It has a good restaurant serving typical local cuisine. Rooms are simple. The hotel is perfect for families, relax and as hub to visit Orvieto (a gem) Staff need to improve communication skills.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed as guests at a wedding that the hotel hosted. The room was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The food and wine was great and the chefs and sommeliers were very knowledgeable. We also enjoyed the different parts of the hotel grounds such as the pool area among others. We would love to return one day!
