"❌THEFT❌ THEFT❌THEFT❌and the company Opal Groups Hotel handled the very TERRIBLY❌ my son lost his wallet❌He reported it to the front desk❌ when he checked out on Saturday as soon as he got home, they called him and said they found it in the laundry room❌.BUT THE $260.00 THAT HE WAS GOING TO GIVE HIS SISTER AS A WEDDING GIFT THAT WEEKEND WAS GONE❌THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A LOCK ON IT SO ONLY THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS TO IT❌THEY FIND THE WALLET…WHERE’S HIS $260.00!!!❌ ⚫️NOT TO BE TRUSTED⚫️ 🔵I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY🔵 🟠HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE🟠 And they even have the name, Marriott attached to it. It gives Marriott a bad name."

"The desk lamp was dirty and broken, with dust visible everywhere. The TV did not have a remote control and could not be turned off, leaving it dimly lit all night. The Ramada is so shabby. I haven't stayed in it for so many years. It's just like a small hotel in China. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. I went downstairs at 7.10 and saw a person finishing his meal. He only had a cup of yogurt, an apple, and not even an egg. . There are no eggs or butter at all."

"One of the convenient accommodations near Drew University. If you make a reservation in advance, you can be at a good price. Laundry room, mini market, water purification facilities (no water in the room), kitchen in the room (microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, etc.) is convenient. Bedding is good.  The downside is that ... Don't use the accommodation on the 1st floor 173. The hotel laundry room (bedding, etc.) is very noisy (staff noise) and the linen room of the staff is all near this room, so it is very noisy. Apart from this, it is a very good hostel."

"Very bad, very dirty, there are dirty marks on the switches. There is an extra charge for water in the room, and there is an extra charge for parking. The breakfast is also very bad. I don’t know what the meaning of the breakfast charge is. No one verifies it. The dishes are only scrambled egg, sausage, shredded potatoes and toast. The coffee is in a barrel and no one replaces it after drinking it. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. Toothbrushes are not provided and need to be purchased by yourself. No disposable items such as slippers are provided. There are obvious stains on the wall. It’s a big thunder."
