The villa was perfect for me. Part of the hotel but separate from it. The location offered the best views in Morro Jable, a lovely big private terrace, and spacious accommodation. It was rather peculiar that my 1-bedroomed villa had a private bar on the terrace with seating for 12 people. Ideal if you are entertaining, but I had it all to myself. Parking is available, although the spaces get taken very quickly, so if you go out for the day, it is not always easy to park when you return. It's great to have direct access to the beach, but you do need to be reasonably fit, there are 100 steps. Easy going down, hard going up! I would certainly like to return.

It is the third time we have gone to this hotel. They treated us very well upon arrival. They put us in room 177. We are Mr. and Mrs. Perdomo. The stay was very pleasant and we felt very comfortable. The waiters have treated us very well, just like at the reception. It is true that we noticed that the entertainment was very poor, especially at night, and the food was very repetitive, both at lunch and dinner. We took a parking lot, but it seemed like an excessive price: 8 euros per day. Despite this, we will return again because we really like the hotel and the treatment received. Regards,

I have spent 4 days in the villa, from November 5 to 9, 2022 and the experience has been terrible. I have been a customer of this complex for more than 20 years and I have been left with a bad impression. They did not accommodate us in the villa that I had reserved and paid for, the treatment of the director was completely incorrect and inappropriate. I have to mention Mrs. MARIBEL who is in charge of keeping the villas clean and tidy, for her exquisite treatment, great kindness and always ready to cover any need. The rooms are obsolete, both the furniture and the carpentry. The wifi is done through a mobile mechanism that always gives problems. The price of the accommodation is too high if we take into account the obsolete nature of the complex and in comparison with the existing competition in the environment. The location and views are unbeatable. It's a shame how poorly they manage the complex.

Wie immer toll. Wir waren in der Villa 9 und wie immer begeistert. Große Villa mit Riesen Küche und Bar und einer Aussicht die seinesgleichen sucht. Am Anfang hatte ich etwas Probleme, da es zu einer Fehlbuchung kam, aber die Rezeption des Hotels IFA Altamerena hat sich so um uns bemüht und war immer zur Stelle. Einfach toll.

Prima hotel, de service is uitstekend , het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is goed en het hotel ligt op zo'n 150 meter van het prachtige strand. Het hotel is niet super modern maar alles is aanwezig en het is schoon dus zeker een aanrader.

EL HOTEL CON PEOR BUFFETQUE E VISTO estuvimos con unos amigos con los que nos vamos habitalmente y nos a defradado mucho el buffet , penoso repetitivo y mala , para colmo una camarera del bar de la piscina HABIBA desagradable , maleducada ,contestona ........como residencia de ancianos ..esta bien , para colmo pedimos que nos pongan la television para ver el futbol y nadie save y luego esque no tiene pilas el mando .........gracias a Natalia , Fernando y David que son super simpaticos , lo bueno es que tienes acceso a la playa directo y a la zona de tiendas y bares

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Die gesamten Einrichtungen sind total vergammelt und zum Teil unbrauchbar. Durch einen früheren Wassereinbruch sind Schäden entstanden, die eine Nutzung zum Teil unbrauchbar machen und einen muffigen Geruch entstehen lassen. Wir können das Objekt deshalb nicht weiter empfehlen!
