Hotel Riu Palace Jandia

We have just returned from a 9 night break. On arrival we were greeted by Paty on reception who was welcoming and informative. This theme continued in all interactions with staff throughout our stay. We had booked a sea view room which overlooked the pool and was huge—more of a suite with a lounge area. The room was cleaned to a high standard and by 10am each day. The Superking bed was very comfortable. Food was good and the freshly carved roast of the day was top quality—beef,lamb, duck, chicken, salmon and pork. Views from the hotel terrace were stunning and ample sunbeds available. Evening entertainment was of a high standard and we particularly enjoyed Total Decades and The Two os Us. The hotel enjoys the best position in Morro Jable which is a very nice small seaside town with bars and cafes. So an excellent stay and all staff very attentive. Special thanks to Angel and Nadine at the Pool Bar for their excellent customer service.

Great location but beach access not as easy as it could be, the room was nicely furnished and modern, we upgraded to a sea view at a considerable extra cost but ended up with an intermittently noisy air conditioning unit above us ( room 1305) , not always a problem though . The food was good and lots to choose from although it wasn't always hot, great staff in the restaurant, Alex a really nice guy, Ben and Gustavo too, one gripe with the restaurant is long trousers only rule, many wearing tracksuit bottoms to comply, smart shorts look far better in my opinion, and where's the equality ? The pool area was very quiet and spacious, maybe some background music would improve the atmosphere. The evening entertainment was varied and overall very good, however Robert and Juliet were on almost every other day and while the other artists addressed the audience in German, English and Spanish, Robert only spoke German, somewhat excluding us Brits. I would recommend the hotel, as well as the neighbouring Calypso. The resort is lovely.

We met friends at this hotel early march. its a great hotel, rooms are very large with very comfortable super super king size beds. we had a sea front room in block 4, uninterrupted sea view and the beach is to die for. Staff are very friendly, the hotel is spotless. breakfast and evening meal, both buffet service, lots of choice and variation for both sittings- we really enjoyed the food. drinks are reasonably priced and portions are more than generous lots of available sunbeds, even though the hotel was full it was never over crowded. Swimming pool is large and warm If you prefer a beach day its a five-ten minute walk via lift and stairs. plenty of loungers and umbrellas available at a charge, or a towel on the beautiful soft sand is an option This hotel is quiet and laid back. there isn`t much to do for families so wouldn`t recommend this hotel has lots of steps, if you are immobile it would be hard work, however there are lifts dotted around the public places I will definitely return to this hotel (age 54-60)

This was our second visit to this hotel and it was just as good as the first. The positives: Very warm welcome from the reception staff and a much appreciated glass of fizz after a long journey. Room in a great location, very clean, with an amazing view, thank you. Pool area spotless, location to beach perfect. Restaurant meals good quality, always plenty to choose from. All the staff, including reception, housekeeping, pool bar or restaurant, were so friendly and accommodating, thank you everyone. The only negative, drinking water could be provided at the evening meal, it is provided at breakfast but not in the evening, you have to pay for it, apart from the obvious reason, I'm not sure why they do this. In summary, a great hotel to relax and unwind, already looking forward to returning.

The hotel is located on Jandia beach, with amazing sea views from some of the rooms. We stayed in room 4309 which is on the top floor of the beachfront location. The view was amazing, the room is large. It had a minibar, comfortable bed, iron and ironing board. There is a direct access to the beach. The swimming pool is heated. It has a small gym, the gym equipment is very limited, but it's not busy. The food is good. We used the Krystal restaurant once, which I would definitely recommend. The evening entertainment is not too bad. The service is good. We had half board, which suited us perfectly. Shops and restaurants are close by.

This was our fourth stay at Riu Palace Jandia and it did not disappoint. Everything about our stay was 5 star. The staff are so friendly, the whole hotel immaculate and sparkling clean and the weather beautiful too. Would highly recommend.
