Hotel Riu Palace Jandia

This hotel was amazing from check in to check out. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They have thought of everything. My room was wonderful with an amazing sea view. The only snag was there was no chair in the room, I was travelling solo so I didn’t have one of the bigger rooms, but it would have been nice to have a chair as sometimes I went back to my room for a snack or drink and I didn’t really want to sit on my bed to eat or out on the balcony if I was trying to escape the sun for a while. Other than that everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms, the hotel, the restaurant/dining areas. I really enjoyed the food, there was so much choice for breakfast and dinner. And the staff were really attentive. Especially the breakfast staff. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are wanting a relaxing holiday, which is exactly what I wanted. This was my first solo holiday and I felt very safe and comfortable there. I walked to Morro Jable a couple of times and to the shopping area. The beach is absolutely beautiful. There is a mini market shop next to the hotel so it is great to top up supplies if needed. One thing that couple be improved are the sun loungers, they are a bit too hard and could do with cushions. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but not to people who have mobility issues as there are a lot of steps which are great for burning some calories, but not great if you’re not able to manage steps. I had the best stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

just back from the riu palace jandia which we really enjoyed very much , having stayed in riu palaces before morocco ,tres islas to name a few we have never been disappointed . lovely large room overlooking the ocean could not want for better and a short walk to the beach , loved the pool and sun terraces which again offered fantastic views of the sea , we did eat in the buffet restaurant every night which i have to say was as good as anywhere we have stayed a credit to the staff and hotel. in short a great experience all round highly recommended.

20 years now been returning to the RIU Palaace Jandi, as much for it's staff who treat me and my wife almost as family. Great friends who we see every year and make it such a joyous holiday. Great positioning though the promenade building work outside Robinsons Hotel and to the side of the RIU Palace is awkward, hopefully be finished soon. Overall I can only thank Jesus and his team yet again for a great holiday.

We wanted a quiet week in the sun with lovely food and we got just that. The staff were so lovely and attentive, the setting is perfect and food first class. If you are looking for a quiet holiday in the sun on a lovely beach and around the pool I would highly recommend this hotel and location.

This must be the best hotel in the Canaries - Immaculately presented, fantastic cuisine and the best staff I have experienced in any hotel I have visited. It's beach front location is spectacular.

This was another holiday to remember.. faultless in every way and two very satisfied customers set to return. Fabulous location, beautiful quality food & slick professional service. Special thanks to Vanessa for sorting out tables to make my birthday special. To David for being so welcoming and bringing great service to our visit to the Krystal Restaurant which was AMAZING. To Mohamed who sang so beautifully and served us with a smile every day. A high five to reception for accommodating our E Mail , thank you so much. If we were to critique one minor point it would be to the gentleman sunbed attendant who started his ‘tidy up service’ bang on 5.30pm every day. Guests just want to enjoy an hour quiet evening sunshine reading but this was IMPOSSIBLE as he was crashing & banging around.. totally unnecessary. Sorry.
