Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Morrow

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have a blow dryer or iron in room. My room also had no clock, my bed was broken and the TV did not work. The hotel offers a kitchen with items for the kitchen. There were no items for kitchen use. l would not stay there again.

Pros Budget Friendly Near shops, restaurants and night clubs Microwave and refrigerator worked good CONS Elevator was not working Room floor was half moped/swept Bed had hair strands from previous guests Must pay $1.89 for extra towels Bed needs to be replaced...springs are poking and mattress is sunk in No iron Only one cup provided People live here with their big Pitt bull dogs

Check in was ok got to the room it had no chair, got switched to another room it had a chair. The room was good size, but there is no coffee maker, no shampoo, no amenities at all, and no coffee available and no people at the front desk. Would not recommend it to one night traveler 's

My boyfriend got locked out of his room one night and had to sleep in his truck because there was no one available to fix his key card until the mext day. That is horrible. Plus he told them he has to leave a couple days before the week we paid for was up. They didn't refund any of the days he wasn't there. Or compensate for the night he was locked out. Not good customer service.

Aside from the elevator not working everything was a good experience.

The room was fairly decent but it had roaches which spoiled my trip. Staff was excellent.

Room, was dirty mold on floor by tub and behind toilet. amenities there wasn’t ANY no hand towels , shampoo or conditioner only 1 bar of soap no ice couldn’t get extra blankets for the front desk closed down. Was not happy with the place

The worst place I have been. Booked a two double room and was told at 8pm when we arrived that this type of room wasn’t available. My friend and I were offered one bed to share. Since it was late we couldn’t really refuse. The
