Check-in time is 4 PM. I understand the room needs cleaning, but having to put on the sheets and duvet cover myself after checking in is ridiculous… If the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, at least provide a fan? There were swarms of mosquitoes outside, but I didn't dare open the bed or door; it was unbearably stuffy. The bathroom was bizarre; they only provided a bar of soap… I've seen hotels without slippers and toothbrushes before, but this is the first time I've seen a four-star hotel with a room rate of over 2000 RMB without shower gel and shampoo. Absolutely, absolutely not recommended.

the hotel room is v dated and dark and not non smoking . when i check in my room , its full of heavy and disputing smells fr smoking and also on the balcony full of other guests smoking . the carpets is v dirty too. i didn't enjoy the stay

Everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful place with scenic surroundings.Only suggestion is if you want to book go on their hotel website as they said ******* does hide few things about them and if you are making reservation through ******* then you are only hotel guest not resort guest ( means not all the activities are included and you have to pay for them seperately).
