Convenient location of the hotel. Close to many other attractions. We stayed in a standard room. Please note that the elevator does not work at night; we had to lift the suitcase ourselves, as there are steps at the entrance to the hotel. The toilet has a strange flush system.

The location is excellent. It is in a walking distance to kremlin, bolchoi. The room is clean and quiet, but too small. The breakfast is excellent, full of choices and delicious. The service is superb.

Что понравилось: Расположение Приветливый персонал Белоснежное бельё и полотенца Шикарный завтрак Что не понравилось: Номер стандарт в уставшем состоянии: обивка на мебели в пятна, ковролин грязный, сантехника вроде почищена, но по углам много пыли. Но несмотря на это я скорее остановлюсь в отеле ещё раз, чем не остановлюсь. Главное - хорошее настроение!

Отель неплохой. Изначально попался номер с жутким шумом от канализационной трубы (она находилась в стене выходящей в номер и похоже плохо изолирована). После бессонной ночи номер заменили и проблема ушла. Уборка номера слабовата, единственный плюс - полотенца менялись ежедневно и постельное белье в отличном состоянии. В ванной комнате волосы на полу не убирались в течении недели (или так плохо мылись полы). Завтраки действительно разнообразные и вкусные. НО! Персонал очень плохо следит за тем чтобы пополнять заканчивающиеся блюда/продукты. Например, если закончился омлет, то придется подождать когда приготовят новую порцию. А перед этим нужно об этом сообщить. Со столов грязная посуда убиралась в большинстве случаев когда посетители уже полностью заканчивали завтракать. Еще, хотелось бы обратить внимание администрации на книги, лежащие на полках в ресторане. Они пыльные, рядом столы с едой. Мне кажется это не то помещение, где допускается подобное. В остальном, персонал приветливый, внутри гостиницы интересный красивый интерьер. Расположение удачное, все в пешей доступности (метро, автобус, Красная площадь).

Расположение отеля на пять с плюсом!!!! Удобно добираться и на метро и пешком! Да и ночью можно спокойно спать)) не шумно с улицы)) Правда между номерами слышимость ощутимая, но не смертельная) Завтраки хорошие, не больше-не меньше) Персонал доброжелательный, приветливый ))) небольшой минус это насос и небольшой запах в душевой.... но это не испортило нам поездку)) В целом отель рекомендую))) и думаю если поедем еще в Москву, то остановимся именно в нем, не будем искать что то другое)) Спасибо))

Bonjour, J'aimerais témoigner de mon entière satisfaction quant à mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Je devais vraiment choisir rapidement pour mon visa et franchement, je ne sais pas comment j'ai pu aussi bien choisir. L'endroit est calme, beau, très classe, et je me suis immergée dans l'atmosphère russe qu'est cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé, tout au centre de Moscou. Très bon pour les marcheurs comme moi, le métro, station de bus, tout est à côté. La place rouge est à 15 minutes de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez faire le change dans la ruelle d'en face, supérette, toutes sortes de magasins sympa. Trop bien situé même. Le personnel est très serviable, gentil. Je voulais spécialement remercier Stepan et son collègue, qui parlent peu anglais, mais essayent toujours de communiquer avec moi afin d'arriver à une solution. Ils m'ont accompagné durant tout le séjour en répondant à mes questions. Je voudrais souligner aussi qu'ils m'ont aidé à obtenir mon Visa grâce à une invitation qu'ils ont pu me procurer. Ils aident également à appeler le taxi pour les courses demandées. Ils sont très professionnels et franchement, je ne suis pas déçue. Parlant de la chambre, elle était un peu petite à mon goût, mais tout le nécessaire y était. Avec une décoration russe tres typique. C'était propre, avec des fenêtres sympas qui donnaient sur la rue, mais dont de lourds rideaux pouvaient les couvrir. La salle de bain était impec, il y a aussi une télévision en russe seulement. Ils m'ont offert des chocolats, du café et de la tisane, ainsi qu'une bouilloire et un fer à repasser. Il y avait un minibar aussi. L'agent d'entretien passait chaque matin pour faire le ménage, d'ailleurs une femme très gentille aussi. Ils étaient aux petits soins. J'aimerais encore une fois les remercier pour ce séjour agréable et calme. Je reviendrai forcement. Je vous le conseille fortement. Lynda d'Algérie, Chambre 114.

Неплохой отель. Много от него ждать не стоит. Номера с точки зрения чистоты не супер: на стенах есть следы загрязнений; гобеленовое изголовье кровати подзасалено; в холодильнике обнаружен волос и напиток предыдущих гостей, а также початая бутылка отельного сока. Вытягивает отель ресторан: завтраки на 5+.
