本次商務出差俄羅斯，入住本酒店是最不滿意的一程。1、在攜程網上宣傳的相冊與酒店不符，有誤導旅客下單之嫌疑；2、酒店招牌引導不明顯，導致到了目的地還找不到酒店；3、房間設施差，住4樓在閣樓，無電梯，房間內斜邊易撞頭。房間內熱水加熱器、拖鞋等什麼多沒有，衹有天窗，與前台協商更換房間也無果。唯一的優點就是離紅場較近。

酒店本身很棒，但是【代理】溝通非常有問題。入住掰扯了倆小時，退房又花了一個多小時。
我定了高級雙床，攜程打出來的預訂單也是高級雙床。前台給我看了，代理和酒店訂的是普通大床房。代理定錯了。
然後酒店前台告訴我，還有告訴攜程，這間定錯的房間是免費給我們住。但是退房的時候前台其他值班的人又拉着我們非要我們補交房費。
最終導致我們在莫斯科的最後一天身上幾乎沒有盧布現金，全都給了酒店。雖然後來又把錢退了給我，但是對我們的旅行造成了非常大的困擾。而且我們本來很早就可以出門，硬生生在前台耗到了11點多12點才出門。整個行程都被打亂了。

地理位置很好，距離地鐵口一分鐘路程，步行到紅場15分鐘內。前台也很熱情，唯一的缺點就是通風系統有一點吵，住在頂樓室温也不是很暖和，但是室內裝修都很滿意。

地鐵6號口出來，右轉走兩步路，再右轉拐進巷子裏就到了，一開始去的時候沒有找到，問了路人也沒找到，碰巧遇到了中國留學生為我們指路，旅館對面就有一個超市，很方便，巷子口有一個地下的酒吧，晚上很熱鬧，出巷子左轉一直走就是紅場，聖瓦西里大教堂，非常方便
