Stella di Mosca by Bvlgari Hotels

It s a brand new hotel in Moscow. Service was just perfect. Rooms are as Bulgari style in all. I would definitely recommend to stay that hotel in the center of Moscow.

Being well-versed in luxury hotels and having frequently stayed at Bvlgari properties in Italy, Dubai, and Paris, I must admit that my very first experience at Stella di Mosca left me slightly underwhelmed. Certain details, such as a room that felt somewhat small for the price point, and a few home automation choices that seemed ill-conceived, did not entirely meet my expectations. That said, the quality of service already struck me as remarkably refined and genuinely delightful. My second stay, however, has been an entirely different experience, so much so that I feel compelled to share my impressions, which is something I rarely do. In celebrating a special occasion, I placed numerous and rather demanding requests with Stella di Mosca. Not only were these accommodated with flawless precision, but they were also handled with a level of discernment and impeccable taste that speaks volumes about the property’s ethos. The room, this time, was simply exquisite. The staff and service were everything one could hope for: devoted, efficient, present at every moment, yet with just the right measure of discretion and grace. Without lapsing into undue hyperbole, I truly wish to emphasize the understated, high-caliber luxury that Stella di Mosca embodies. I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks, in particular to "Irène" (sorry if I am misspelling her name by using french equivalent), for her impeccable assistance and her endless patience, both of which made this stay genuinely memorable.
