Проживала в гостинице с 30.04.22 по 05.05.22. Что сказать? Стоит иметь в виду, что это бюджетный вариант. А так: Отличное расположение! До метро Площадь Ильича/Римская 5 мин пешком. Хороший добропорядочный район. Рядом магазины, аптеки и тп. В номере (достаточного, удобного размера) тв, холодильник, чайник, чашки, на рецепшене можно попросить фен. Хорошие питательные континентальные завтраки, можно выбрать 2 блюда. Постельное белье качественное, полотенца в достаточном количестве. Также есть бытовая комната, где можно воспользоваться утюгом, микроволновкой, стиральной машиной. На рецепшене девушки доброжелательные; уборка в номере (вынос мусора и влажная уборка пола) каждый день. В общем, всё было удобно, и если потребуется ещё раз остановиться в Москве, то очень вероятно, что я бы выбрала эту гостиницу.

Оплатили номер 4 мая 2022 года. Гости заехали 3 июня. Оказалось, с 30 мая в отеле ПЛАНОВОЕ отключение горячей воды, о чем ни один менеджер не предупредил. С менеджером созванивались 4 мая и 2 июня, ни слова об отсутствии горячей воды. Жалобную книгу не дают. Номер с бойлером не предоставили. Отвратительное качество обслуживания. Администратор Марина вообще проф непригодна. Никому не рекомендую.

Бронировали номер через "Островок" на период с 12 по 14 апреля. При бронировании указали номер с двумя комнатами, в каждой по кровати, но когда приехали, администратор сказала, что такие номера все заняты. Нас поселили в номер также с двумя комнатами, но в одной из них не было отдельной кровати, что создало некоторые неудобства и оставило не очень приятные впечатления о сервисе. Цена такая же. Администратор аргументировала эту ситуацию тем, что "островок может продать всё, что угодно". Из плюсов близость к метро, вкусные завтраки и приятная горничная, которая выдала дополнительный комплект постельного белья и постаралась разрядить наше негодование.
