I have traveled around the world and been to many great hotels especially business hotels like this Sheraton. This is by far the best I’ve been to despite the woes Moscow is going through. I couldn’t possibly mention everybody’s name that has helped my wife and me but let me start with Natalia who checked us in and took care of us. I have not met Anna Pavlova the general manager but she clearly knows how to run a fantastic property. I’m in the hotel business myself so I know something about it. The front test team is wonderful, the FNB team is great and the housekeeping team is perfect… I cannot recommend this hotel if you come to Moscow enough… I stayed at three other hotels in the city and this is by far the best in a great location… congratulations to everybody here.

Find the entrance to the hotel, and then find your room on the territory it is a whole quest. Neither outside the palace from Leningrad Avenue there is no indicator where the entrance to the hotel, nor inside the territory there are no indicators where the building (there is only a small indicator for the restaurant and the Conference Hall). There is a teapot, tea, coffee, cup, bottled water 0.5 litres per person. Here's only where to turn this teapot on remains a mystery. I haven't found any free socket in the room. At the same time, to turn on the teapot instead of the refrigerator or the table lama, the guest needs to climb under the table. The room is not air-conditioned (the hotel has a 5-star classification) and is a seat on the toilet at the ”five-star” hotel you can see in the photo. 00 neighbors knock in the wall so you stop talking. I agree that you need to respect the rest of the neighbors. But believe me, we didn't shout and didn't rumble, just talked ... And such money for the number I paid clearly not for that, To hear the knock in the wall ... If not for breakfast, you could have boldly put a unit. Breakfast in a separate wing - in the restaurant ”Karamzin”, you need to go on the street through the yard. In winter, apparently, it is not very comfortable. But it was summer and breakfast was very good and varied. You can order omlet or eggs with fillers, 3 types of cashes, meat pie, diverse snacks, a large line of dessert, there are juices, mushrooms, water with lemon, tea of several species, coffee, fresh seasonal fruit (they were chopped onions and arbuzas). I counted 5 types of bread-bread products, there are also raw dry and cereal bread. I originally saw in the range of breakfast sandwiches with a pot and a salt cucumber. So for breakfast I add 1 star. But there is no wish to return to the hotel ...

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! I am well travelled, and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world. This was, without doubt, my best hotel experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The bed in my room was very comfortable and I was lucky to have a wonderful view of Moscow. The breakfast setting was relaxing and there were excellent food options, which were delicious. The location is also convenient as there is a metro within walking distance and there are many nice coffee shops and sites to visit nearby. Overall, I had a a very pleasant stay in this hotel and I will certainly be back again in future. I just want to thank Brian and his staff for making this a memorable staycation in Moscow. I could not recommend it highly enough.

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

The room is clean. You can go upstairs by swiping your card. The front desk service ranges from enthusiastic to old-fashioned. It is close to the Bai Train Station and the No. 2 subway. I almost never leave negative comments in the reviews, but in this case it is simply impossible to silence. Stayed in this hotel with a girlfriend for 3 days, chose based on location (in this case, the location is really good). At the same time, the service was so disgusting that no location will decorate what happened to us since the settlement in the room: -dirty floor in the bathroom (completely dusty) - the absence of the second set of sleeping equipment and towels (this is at the same time That the booking was for two and the day before we confirmed this fact by call again); it was the impression that the hotel staff were not aware of how to work with the guests - in 2 days, no debris was removed from the room, And such cleaning should have been daily (with the fact that we reminded of it every day and all day were absent in the room, appearing only at night; if you wanted it, you could get cleaned at any time at the tch of the day, but it didn't happen; The administrator of both these days vowed that the maid would ”come” apparently, but not all the rooms... - the full cleaning of the room was to be done once every 2 days, by the end of the second day the maid would still ”come” and replace the towel, But it would be better not to do so (I am applying a photo of the same “fresh towel”). With such a service, this hotel cannot claim even the status of “host”, and none of the 3 stars that are declared can go. I do not recommend this place for visiting.

The hotel was booked naturally, the room category was increased free of charge. Everything liked! At the location is just perfect! Very tussous area, near Depo. Shops, cafes, all around in abundance. To the metro minutes 15. The rooms themselves are new, clean, stylish. Inside the silence. We didn't take breakfast, but there is a place to sit and drink tea/coffee, heat food in a microwave. Probably would have stopped there next time, considered it and on previous trips, glad we finally chose you this time)

Hello everyone! Like many, before the trip read bad reviews about the Metallurg hotel and was ready for the worst .... But everything turned out to be accurate!!!! We arrived at the hotel with a group of 38 people at 13:00. Resident from 14:00. But as many rooms were already ready, we were settled immediately. At the front desk there are pleasant, polite and attentive girls. On the 16th floor, 4 elevators - all worked. On the 9th floor there is a smooth room with a tie and a smooth board. There is a cooler with water in the hall. NOMES we got on the 2nd floor. All rooms with amenities in the room. Rooms are cozy, light, not all the same as then turned out: somewhere there were air conditioners, somewhere no, the same with carpet cover, towels, bra, Shelves in the bathroom, shower cabinets, etc. I will describe our number 201: the air conditioner was not, in the room central heating, but cool, 2 beds, 2 buckets, bra no, roast suffix, desk, 2 chairs, mini refrigerator, cabinet, LCD TV, on the floor carpet, phone, electric teapot, 2 cups of dish, bed snowy, clean, 2 big and 2 small snow towels, 2 tubes with shower gel, shampoo and 2 pieces of soap in packaging, combined sausage with cheap cabin, towel dryer is not available, hot and cold water was served without interruption, plumbing was not flowing, everything worked, tap is not, take yours. All the equipment in the room worked. No noise isolation. Cleaning every day. For 3 days of stay, the garbage was removed, the dust washed. CAFE. On the left of the hotel entrance there is a cafe ”Kampa” where we had breakfast on the Swedish table system and ordered 2 times lunch. The cafe is very comfortable, clean, pleasant atmosphere. The food was also delighted. Everything was delicious, freshly prepared. The cafe collection is very attentive to the guests. All polite and polite. The hotel's security works 24 hours a day. The location of the hotel is successful: everything in step-by-step availability (5-ca food store, pharmacy, metro, parks, squares). The hotel is really great! The retro and distinctive architecture and interior design, although we were a little bit disgusted with it on the first day of our stay😁, we have grown to love it over time! Until we needed to change hotels at our next destination, we were still reluctant to leave 😆The breakfast was very rich and varied (in fact, after eating it for eight days, I really missed the Chinese porridge, noodles, rice, soy milk and fried dough sticks 😜) everything was very good! In November 2022, we booked for the head of the hotel at the B60 Hotel for 10 days. The booking was confirmed by phone and by mail. Unfortunately, we were forced to move the settlement twice, the hotel went to us to the meeting, though extremely reluctant. The new settlement was planned on 31.10. On 10.11.2023. I called the hotel and we decided to reduce the days in the hotel, leave from 7 to 10.11.2023. The guest had to arrive 8.11 from the morning and we with the administrator by phone (which is the record) agreed to book the booking to deliver from 7.11.2023 as a guaranteed early check-in. As a result in the morning the guest will not settle. Referring to the fact that they allegedly called me the day before the check-in to confirm the reservation. No calls were received, the more missing I have (I always have a phone in the visibility zone). I clarified why if you didn't call the first to remove the reservation? And why did I not duplicate the confirmation information by mail? I was told that my mail was not indicated in the questionnaire..... How then did I initially get the booking data?? Talk to the administrator Sergey and the senior administrator have not led to anything. They are convinced of the rightness of their employees. Apologies have not been brought and they did not want to solve the situation. Referring to the fact that everything was done according to the rules and all the rooms are busy in general. Money is input, service is not provided, impression is damaged. This attitude is outrageous. The question of returning money is not worth, we understand that the tariff is not refundable, but it is not possible to treat their guests so aggressively.

And when I came with the products in 18.00 they allowed to clean up. I do not recommend this place because there is no service here and normal relationship is unlikely to wait. Yes, the luggage they keep a limited time, then the supplement. And it is stored under the stairs!
