Panama Garden Resort

The front desk friendly, the restaurant service ok but if you ask for hot water upon check in that’s a fees. The restaurant  staff said that’s a kettle in your room.  If you insist the hot water saying lazy to boil in the room that’s a fees will be charged. That’s no lift at this hotel. The room ok clean. The towels in the room looks white & clean but sticky. I used my own travel towel. Noisy at 6am because breakfast serve. The noises travel up. Aircon in the room are noisy. That’s a pool.

Amazing experience and service. The staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the staff members Josephine was super helpful in helping me arrange an airport pickup, along with the driver. Would 100% recommend staying there. Good vibes too.

The hotel is a good option for a short stay or as a transit hotel when starting a trip to Tanzania. The location and overall setup make it a convenient place to rest before continuing your journey. The restroom, however, had some water leakage that could use attention and maintenance. The buffet breakfast also had limited options, although it was adequate for a quick meal. Overall, for a transit or overnight stay, the hotel is a practical and convenient choice, especially as a starting point for a Tanzania adventure.

This hotel was wonderful to stay at! The ambience of the garden and trees outside the pool was so relaxing and very nice after a tough Kilimanjaro summit. The food was fairly good. It was pretty close to a lot of different food spots as well. It has hot water which was a bonus and the staff was so lovely - always helped me with my bags all the way to the room! Would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Panama Garden Resort! The entire hotel crew was fantastic, incredibly kind, and attentive to all our needs. It was the perfect place to rest and prepare. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone climbing Mount Kilimanjaro!
