B&B Hotel

All the workers with no exception at all, are simply INCREDIBLE. Thanks for making our shost stay here amazing.

we stayed here because we were participating in the Kili marathon. the hotel was extremely conveniently located, less than 5 mins walk from the stadium. Paschal in particular was so helpful, communicating with me in advance of our arrival to make sure we had everything we need. the one problem we had was that dinner was quite slow, this was because they were busy due to the marathon the next day. Paschal and his team were very apologetic about it and offered us complimentary drinks. we declined but he did also arrange for us to have a later check out after the marathon at no extra cost. we will definitely stay at B&B Hotel next time we are running the Kilimanjaro Marathon! Thanks so much to Paschal and all the team!

Pros: -Paschal was amazing (great customer service) -wifi was strong -breakfast was hearty and free -clean room -locked gate to enter premises -food available at the hotel Cons: -far away from centre of town (and roads are quite bad in the local area) -lost power to my room block during the night -no mosquito net over bed -not much of a social vibe (there was only one other guest I met)

The staff and food here are excellent! Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed and more! It is a great place to stay and I will return to BNB hotel every time I come back to Moshi!

I stayed here with my two adult children for about a week, on and off, while exploring the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived, the manager Bart and his fiancée Blanka were incredibly warm and welcoming. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and the staff were always friendly, smiling, and happy to help — truly living by “Hakuna Matata!” Our room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We dined at the lodge each evening and were impressed by the variety — from delicious local dishes to great burgers, pastas, and pizzas, all freshly prepared with generous portions. We’ll miss everyone here and hope one day we’ll either be back — or have the chance to welcome Bart and Blanka to New Zealand!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.I would love to recommend this to every body The staff were really friendly. I specifically enjoyed what made my stay really special was the breakfast spread the food options were just so good and the chef knew what he or she was doing in the kitchen
