Parkview Inn

My wife and I spent three nights at Parkview Inn while doing cultural activities and some sightseeing in the Moshi area. This was my second stay at this hotel. I stayed there 4 years ago during my previous visit and chose it again for two reasons: firstly, for the cleanliness and comfort and more importantly, for the friendliness of the staff. We were very pleased by the service and accommodation and every one was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was heartwarming to see that two of their staff members (Eva and Kusunia) remembered me from my last visit and it was wonderful to see them again and introduce them to my wife. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. A big shout to both Kusunia and Eva and also to Santiel who was happy to help with a smile. In addition, both the breakfast buffet (included with the room) and a la carte meals in their restaurant were delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall, I recommend Parkview Inn without hesitation as it offers a very good value for the money and great service.

Hotel had a great view of Kilamanjaro. Staff was friendly, place was clean. Food was good. Service was good. Breakfast buffet included eggs and coffee. They charged an uplift to use a credit card. This was repeated in a few locations around Arusha/Kilamanjaro - be prepared. If you walk outside of the hotel, there are bustling markets easy walking distance…prepare yourself for people asking you to buy things from them, this persisitance/hustle is commonplace in tourist areas. Staying inside the hotel compound insulates you from that. Good hotel!

rooms are small, clean, but tired. Sink fossette is ready to brake. Food is poor quality, no pastry at breakfast buffet, terrible, terrible coffee, food preparation is noy good at sll. Staff is polite, but weighting is at ristorante - is so long. I weight 40 min for 2 samosas. Our windows face some dirty and dilapidated buildings.

Great Hotel, nice rooms, showers and great food and a pool. Staff are nice and friendly too. Everything was taken care of too.

Air conditioning didn’t always work, bathrooms a bit tired and food very mediocre. Nice pool, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms and facilities. Staff were very helpful and polite and the general manager- lady she was very very helpful! Good at the restaurant was out of this world with amazing service! Thank you for an amazing stay. Booked via Mauly tours for Kilimanjaro Trek!

I do travel a lot and I can honestly say that this was by far one of the best establishments I’ve had the chance to stay in my life! The rooms are comfortable and offers AC to everyone who needs it, the restaurants offers a nice variety of plates and the staff is so welcoming! I never had a staff that friendly in my entire life. The only thing is that sometimes the wifi had difficulties to connect to my phone, but for me it was no big deal. If you ever go to Moshi, I would highly recommended you to give it a go!

Terrible and indifferent service, the restaurant doesn't give change, full of scammers, absolutely awful. I highly do not recommend this place.
