Check-in is at 2 PM, so don't arrive too early. You can walk to Mostar's Old Bridge from the hotel; I personally didn't find it too far. The hotel's partner restaurant was just okay; the squid fried rice I ordered was a bit on the salty side. The front desk can arrange a taxi to the airport for around 30 Euros, but note it's cash-only. The room itself was very spacious, and the bathtub was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a standard Western buffet, which for a Chinese guest, was just 'acceptable' rather than exceptional.

Great hotel with helpful staff and location being part of the mall is amazing especially the coffee shops everything within walking distance. Breakfast is the same everyday but part from that we had a great stay and would return

The Mepas Hotel is only 20-30 minutes walk from the old town. There is also a shopping mall with supermarket right below the hotel. The room is very spacious and can offer all you need from a 5 - star hotel. Mostar is definitely a very nice place for a one to two days visit.

Despite being touted as Mostar's best 5-star hotel, my actual experience was quite underwhelming. It felt more akin to a 3-star-plus hotel. First off, the location isn't ideal; it's quite a distance from the Old Bridge area. Secondly, the in-room amenities were very basic and certainly not up to 5-star standards. For instance, the safe was difficult to operate, there was no conditioner, and no weighing scale. The showerhead was also quite dated. Thirdly, the service was subpar and not particularly warm or welcoming. Breakfast was decent, but the 'orange juice' was clearly diluted, more like flavored water, and certainly not freshly squeezed. All in all, it's acceptable for a one-night stopover, but if you truly want to experience the Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, I'd highly recommend staying at any hotel located closer to or within the heritage area itself.

The bathrooms were very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. We also had no trouble storing our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

This was our favorite room from our multi-country trip to Serbia, Bosnia, and Herzegovina. We were impressed by the spacious room, excellent facilities, and convenient location for both transportation and shopping. On top of that, the service was truly exceptional.

It's located right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient.

Excellent hotel with large rooms and large bathroom. Located above a mall which is very convenient. Prestige restaurant serves very good food. Breakfast was also very satisfying.

Unexpected night view cheers us up. But the service could be better in restaurant and front desk! Clean! Location is good! And next to the mall!
