"The location of the hotel was superb right at the old town of Mostar its a superb location, the staff were courteous and tried their best to accomodate everything The hotel is small and cramped, the toilet is so small they dont even have shower curtain. If you shower you ll wet the whole floor. The 1st night we couldnt sleep at all the bed was hard and the pillow was low grade pillows. Worse case our room was located at the back near the back alley or airwell. At 2 am somebody came back to their room and talking so loudly till we were awaken We asked the hotel to change the pillow unfortunately they said thats the only pillow they had. 2 sleepless nites in Mostar. The housekeeping were very slow. We drove off in the morning to Blagaj when we reached back the hotel at 2pm our room was not done i was really not happy Whatever you do pls dont go for the bfast upon check in the guy Anel said its 12euro person but the lady at the reception charged us 24 euro each 😢 I was a bit in a rush. To argue. So i left I will not return to this hotel as i think they ripped u off."

What really made the experience special was Ekrem, the owner. He is incredibly kind and helpful — truly going beyond expectations. We ended up extending our stay for a couple more days and briefly mentioned an issue we needed to solve before leaving Mostar. Without hesitation, he offered his help and gave his time and effort to support us in every possible way. I honestly can’t find the right words to express how much we appreciate his kindness and hospitality. 🙌"

It seems like it was recently renovated; the rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you need (like a fridge and coffee maker). The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to help. The breakfast and the lobby lounge area also have a great atmosphere. It's within walking distance to Stari Most and all the main attractions. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!"

All the food is cold, and some of the food is gone at 8:30 in the morning, and the waiter did not replenish it. There are also very few food varieties, and the elevator feels very unsafe. If you don't mind the breakfast, this hotel is generally OK."

"A decent hotel, a good four-star, with delicious and varied breakfasts. My family and I stayed here for two nights. We had no complaints about the staff. The standard room had private bathrooms (a shower stall), was cozy, and clean. There was a TV and Wi-Fi (a one-time password was provided for the duration of your stay), but no refrigerator or kettle. The location was convenient, but a bit far from the Old Town. There were shops and all the necessary amenities nearby."
