Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort

I had mixed experience but don’t worry, it can be fixed: - add more sunbeds - hotel needs more restaurants and shops in its immediate vicinity - now there is even no kombini. Without car you are cooked - with this big resort I see no reason why the pool is so small  - like 50% of your guests are families. It would be wise to add more kids infrastructure. You don’t even have a playground now - restaurants in hotel are rather pricy Hotel is good but there is a lot of space for improvement

Checkin process was extremely slow!! We had been waiting for one and a half hours to get our rooms. Service was not up to Hilton’s standards. I reserved three rooms per night, we arrived at the checkin counter at 14:30, bell boy helped to keep our luggages and front line staff told us that we can only get our rooms at 15:00. So that we waited at the lobby for 30mins. We approached the counter at 3pm, the staff told us our rooms were still not ready and asked us to wait again. We’re a group of 9 people with 3 uncontrollable kids, doing nothing but just waiting. People came late than us also got their rooms, but the staff kept asking us to wait for some more time, 30min more and 15 mins more. After complain and complain, the staff said only one of the three room was ready at the time and bell boy already sent all our luggage’s to that room. When we got onto the floor, the key card was invalid. So that we seek help from a housekeeper that passed by to inform frontline staff, we waited at the corridor again. We finally got our rooms at 4pm, after one and a half hours. And we didn’t not have time to enjoy the beach and other facilities.

Enjoyed our stay at the place. Checked in and the room was very clean and also the view from ocen side room was breathtaking. Would recommended this place

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. We can go swim and to the beach spend whole day here. Room are nice and good view too.

The location is perfect, the staff are super friendly. We had wonderful family time here.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms, the facilities, the common areas. It is a plus they have complimentary water and iced/hot water dispensers in each floor. the spa was SO fantastic, although children are very very noisy. However, the jacuzzi is all worth it. The beach is VERY pretty, fantastic for a stroll. The room has a glorious sea view, and the bed, table and chairs, safety box, bathroom are top notch. The only but I would give to the room is that the bed is a bit too soft (mattress). Pillows, bedding, etc … lux quality. The parking facilities are fantastic too!! Overall we had a great stay. Arigato!!
