A wonderful experience, however, a few negative points to mention. During breakfast, the manager followed us to ask us to pay, even though we had given our room number at check-in and breakfast was included. This situation made us feel particularly uncomfortable in front of the other guests. Furthermore, after purchasing two treatments totaling over 1,700 dirhams, I wanted to wait about twenty minutes by the pool. However, I was refused access unless I paid an additional 200 dirhams for those few minutes. Apart from that, everything was great.

Nous sommes venu il y a 2ans, nous pouvons malheureusement voir le changement (négatif) depuis. Nous avons très mal dormi, car un bruit de ventilation qui clac toute la nuit. Au SPA, on nous donne rendez-vous à 15h15 pour les soins, on arrive à 15h10, ils nous prennent à 15h50, après il faut ce dépêcher. Vraiment déçu 😞

Great experience overall. I just wished that the thermal pool is included in the ******* price, but it’s not. We had to pay extra to use the thermal pool. Other than that, everything in the hotel is perfect.

They gave me a room that was occupied at first. The room door won’t close. The spa reception and security are the worst ,rude and unfriendly.,

They need to improve on the twin beds rooms the beds are so small that only a 12-15 year can sleep And you cant turn left to right and vise versa my legs were hanging off the bed Please I recommend a 5 foot double bed as enough room for two beds and it doesn’t cost much to replace Hope next trip is better lovely place and spas very reasonable on price and if you want a traditional same thermal spa at a fraction of the price there is one outside up the hill for 25 mad where as here at hotel it’s 200 mad born same thermal spas

Quite nice hotels although people need to be aware that facilities are payable. This should be included in the stay as the purpose for the stay is to relax and use the spa which was not.
