"Positive - location is central. Staff initially could find no record of booking but this was eventually resolved. This may have been due to this being the first booking via Trip for the hotel. Staff friendly and polite. Areas for improvement - For Western travellers, the bathroom may not be up to modern standards. Room did not have a window with natural light. Overall I stayed two nights whilst visiting family. Meet my needs."

The front counter lady at check in and check out counter buck tooth and fairskin one easy to identify since she refused to give her name I have to describe her. absolutely rude disgusting attitude she does not belong in hospitality industry specially a resort who caters to high class clients. I’m sorry but we don’t pay 23/24 thousand taka night to take attitude from low class people like this. Mr Bipul was nice and tried to make it little better but failed to get me an apology from that lady. i will post some pics so they can’t discredit my review calling it fake. they can check the dates and match with my name in their records. my name Ruhul Amin checked in July 30 2025. Also for the price anyone should try The Palace Luxury resort in Bahubal their employees know how to respect clients! MR. Arman Khan needs to address this issue with his employees."

"Our stay started out with a request for an airport pick up, which was a disaster. The driver spoke no English, fine he knew where to take us. He drove like a bat out of hell zig zagging into oncoming traffic and semi trucks, beeping and tooting his horn every 3 seconds. Then, he decides to take a personal detour for some unknown reason which took us 20+ minutes out of the way from the hotel. He exits the vehicle and is gone for over 5 minutes. We had no phone signal nor any idea if he had simply abandoned us. We finally made it to the hotel and this place is, at best, a 1 or 2 star hotel in a major city anywhere on Earth. The rooms are generally clean, but the carpets and furniture leave something to be desired. I decided to use bottled water to brush my teeth, and they did leave ample waters in the rooms. There is a “speakeasy” on floor 11 that serves one brand of beer in a bottle and shots of Jack Daniel’s whiskey, and not cheaply I might add. A small bottle of beer will set you back $6. Hopefully this chaotic city will one day receive a Bonvoy property."

"I stayed for one night in this hotel. Very far from the city, almost in isolated place. Friendly staff, great hospitality to the room. Wow the room is terrible, old bed, very noisy neighborhood, a lot of mosquitoes, T. V. work for 5 minutes only then stops. I called receptionist, 2 person tried to fix it in vain, Wi Fi showing good signal, but unable to see anything. Breakfast was late. Waited 40 minutes after 8:00am and at last it was one piece of barotha (bread) , omelette and lentil soup only. Nice swimming pool and beautiful garden. I can say: everything here was horrible except the nice staff who keep on smiling only."
