Really enjoyed our stay, it was just a quick overnight trip so had plenty of time to enjoy our stay! Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the guy that checked us in was very courteous and polite! Would highly recommend

The driving way is dim and hard to find from the road. Entire facility is old and nasty. Access to the stairs are inconvenient, dirty, and felt unsafe. Unconsumed popcorn was left in the microwave oven. Fridge and microwave oven are dirty. Very old weathered chair. The review rate was 2.5 stars. It must be too much and overrated.

Dirt on the carpet, stains everywhere, gnats all around the toilet. I didn't stay, left the room after about 10 minutes.

It was dirty. The second queen size bed that my step son was sleeping on was broke. There were burn holes in the blankets and was just nasty.

Poorly cleaned rooms. Staff unwilling to help with wrong night stay booking. Terrible desk service. Unresponsive customer service. Would not recommend you stay in this hotel.

Mold on ceiling above shower and even though handicapped was requested, bath was tub/shower combo with no grab bar instead of step in shower. We brought our own grab bar.
Staff was very friendly and helpful - room was clean - location convenient to Renfro Valley for concert we attended.

We stayed there last year for one night also. This year's stay was even better than last! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet also. We don't need a lot of activity when all we need is to rest, so we liked it. It would be great if the delapidated building at the entrance could be razed! Also, the potholes in the driveway need to be filled. It is a good find except that they don't know what ********** stamps are!
